GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - The new leader of the militant group Hamas on Sunday called President Bush (news - web sites) the enemy of Islam and said that "God declared war" against Bush, the United States and Israel.

In a speech at Gaza's Islamic University, Hamas leader Abdel Aziz Rantisi said he was not surprised that the United States vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning Israel's assassination on Monday of Hamas spiritual leader Sheik Ahmed Yassin.

"We knew that Bush is the enemy of God, the enemy of Islam and Muslims. America declared war against God. Sharon declared war against God and God declared war against America, Bush and Sharon," Rantisi said. "The war of God continues against them and I can see the victory coming up from the land of Palestine by the hand of Hamas."

Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

If a kaafir greets a Muslim in a clear manner, and says, “Al-salaamu ‘alaykum (peace be upon you),” then one should say, “Wa ‘alayka al-salaam (and upon you be peace),” because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally”

[al-Nisa’ 4:86]

But if it is not clear, one should just say, “Wa ‘alayk (and also upon you).”

Similarly if his greeting is clear and he says, “Al-saam ‘alaykum (may death be upon you),” then one should say, “Wa ‘alayk (and also upon you).”

<b>The three categories are as follows: </b>

1 – If he clearly says, “Al-saam ‘alaykum (may death be upon you),” then one should reply, “Wa ‘alaykum (and also upon you).”

2 – If there is some doubt as to whether he said “al-saam (death)” or “al-salaam (peace),” then one should reply, “Wa ‘alaykum (and also upon you).”

3 – If he clearly says, “Al-salaamu ‘alaykum (peace be upon you),” then one should reply, “Wa ‘alaykum al-salaam (and upon you be peace),” because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

If the listener is certain that what he said to him was “Al-salaamu ‘alaykum (peace be upon you), and he does not have any doubts about that, should he say, “Wa ‘alayka al-salaam (and upon you be peace)” or should he limit it to “wa ‘alayk (and also upon you).” What is indicated by the evidence and the basic principles of sharee’ah is that one should respond, “Wa ‘alayka al-salaam (and upon you be peace)”, because this comes under the heading of fairness and justice, and Allaah enjoins justice and kindness. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

<i>“When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally” [al-Nisa’ 4:86] </i>

So He recommends kindness and enjoins justice. This does not contradict any of the ahaadeeth which speak of this issue, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) only enjoined limiting the response to “Wa ‘alaykum” for the reason mentioned above, which is that they used to play with the words in their greeting. Then Ibn al-Qayyim said: Even though the general meaning of the verse is applicable, this refers to the usual words of greeting, not when they are playing with the words. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

<em>“And when they come to you, they greet you with a greeting wherewith Allaah greets you not, and say within themselves: ‘Why should Allaah punish us not for what we say?’”</em>

الشيخ ياسين.. القعيد الذي أقام العالم

هذه مجموعة من الرسائل وردود الفعل التي وردت للمجموعة بعد وفاة الشيخ أحمد ياسين تغمد اله بواسع رحمته ومغفرته

وتم وضعها برسالة واحد ونسبة كل رسالة لمرسلها

حين تراه ثم تسمع عن إنجازاته تدرك تمامًا قول الله تعالى في الحديث القدسي: "فإذا أحببته كنتُ: سمعه الذي يسمع به، وبصره الذي يبصر به، ويده التي يبطش بها، ورجله التي يمشي بها" [رواه البخاري].

قسوة الحياة مبتدؤه

هذا هو الشيخ أحمد إسماعيل ياسين الذي ولد في جورة عسقلان قضاء المجدل عام 1938م، ليعيش بعدها فترة من شظف العيش وقسوته؛ فقد مات والده وهو ابن خمس سنين، واضطر إلى اللجوء إلى قطاع غزة عقب هزيمة عام 1948م وهو لم يتجاوز العاشرة من عمره، واقتات هو وأهله ما كان يتبقى من معسكرات الجيش المصري هناك، ثم كانت ثالثة الأثافي في عام 1952م حين تعرض لحادثة وهو ابن الرابعة عشرة أثناء ممارسته الرياضة مع بعض أقرانه؛ حيث أصيب بكسر في فقرات العنق، نتج عنه شلل جميع أطرافه شللا تامًّا؛ ليعرف حينها أنه سيبقى رهين الكرسي طيلة حياته.

إرادة الفعل منتصفه

كان ما أصاب الشيخ ياسين وهو في سنه الصغيرة تلك كفيلا بأن يقضي على حياة أي إنسانٍ؛ ليموت وهو ما زال حيًّا، لكن الشيخ لم يكن من ذلك النوع المستسلم اليائس؛ إذ سرعان ما أكمل تعليمه الثانوي في العام الدراسي 57/1958م، ثم نجح في الحصول على فرصة عمل رغم الاعتراض على حالته الصحية؛ فعمل مدرسًا للغة العربية والتربية الإسلامية، ثم خطيبًا في مساجد غزة، وأصبح في ظل الاحتلال أشهر خطيب عرفه قطاع غزة لقوة حجته وجسارته في الحق، وانتمى إلى الإخوان المسلمين فكرًا وتنظيمًا.

وبعد هزيمة 1967م استمر الشيخ أحمد ياسين رغم الاحتلال في إلهاب مشاعر المصلين من فوق منبر مسجد العباسي الذي كان يخطب فيه، ونشط كذلك في جمع التبرعات ومعاونة أسر الشهداء والمعتقلين، ثم أسس المجمع الإسلامي في غزة عام 1973م، وبقي رئيسًا له حتى عام 1984م.

وفي عام 1983 اعتقل الشيخ أحمد ياسين بتهمة حيازة أسلحة، وتشكيل تنظيم عسكري، والتحريض على إزالة الدولة العبرية من الوجود، وقد حوكم الشيخ أمام محكمة عسكرية صهيونية أصدرت عليه حكمًا بالسجن لمدة 13 عامًا، ثم ما لبث أن أفرج عنه عام 1985م في إطار عملية تبادل للأسرى بين سلطات الاحتلال والجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين- القيادة العامة، بعد أن أمضى 11 شهرًا في السجن.

ثم أسس الشيخ أحمد ياسين مع مجموعة من النشطاء الإسلاميين الذين يعتنقون أفكار الإخوان المسلمين تنظيمًا لحركة المقاومة الإسلامية "حماس" في قطاع غزة عام 1987م، وكان هدف هذا التنظيم مقاومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بغية تحرير فلسطين.. كل فلسطين، وكان له دورٌ مهمٌّ في الانتفاضة الفلسطينية التي اندلعت في ديسمبر من العام نفسه، والتي اشتهرت بانتفاضة المساجد، ومنذ ذلك الوقت والشيخ ياسين يُعتبر الزعيم الروحي لتلك الحركة.

ومع تصاعد حملات المقاومة الفلسطينية ازدادت ملاحقة إسرائيل للشيخ ياسين؛ فقاموا في عام 1988م بتفتيش بيته، وهددته بدفعه بكرسيه المتحرك عبر الحدود، ونفيه إلى لبنان، ثم قامت في 1989م باعتقاله مع المئات من أعضاء حماس، وفي 1991م أصدرت المحكمة الإسرائيلية عليه حكمًا بالسجن مدى الحياة مضافًا إليه 15 عامًا، ولبث في السجن بضع سنين حتى تم الإفراج عنه عام 1997م بموجب اتفاق جرى التوصل إليه بين الأردن وإسرائيل للإفراج عن الشيخ مقابل تسليم عميلين صهيونيين اعتقلا في الأردن عقب محاولة الاغتيال الفاشلة التي تعرض لها الأستاذ خالد مشعل رئيس المكتب السياسي في حركة حماس.

وقد استمرت محاولات إسرائيل لاغتيال الشيخ التي كان آخرها في 2003م حين استهدفت مروحيات إسرائيلية شقةً في غزة كان يوجد بها الشيخ، وكان يرافقه الأستاذ إسماعيل هنية، أصيب الشيخ على إثرها بجروح طفيفة في ذراعه اليمنى.

الحوار منهجه

مع زوجة الشهيد الشقاقي وغوشة وحبش

كان الشيخ دائمًا من المنادين بالوحدة الوطنية، وقد تبنى طوال حياته مواقف مرنة تجاه السلطة الفلسطينية، وقد حظي مرارًا باحترام رئيس السلطة الفلسطينية وكبار القادة، وعمل على تحسين العلاقات مع السلطة.

كما عُرف عن الشيخ ياسين استعداده للحوار مع الجميع، وقد صرح مرة قائلا: "نحن في حركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس لم نغلق الباب أمام الحوار مع أي دولة في العالم ولا الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بل هي مفتوحة للجميع".

الإيمان كلماته

- "السر يكمن في الإرادة، وإيمان الإنسان بالمبدأ الذي يسير عليه؛ فالدنيوي يقول: لو أن الدنيا ذهبت منه فقد خسر كلَّ شيء، لكن الإنسان المؤمن الذي يؤمن أنه ذاهب إلى جنة عرضها السماوات والأرض يريد أن ينتقل من دنيا فانية إلى الراحة والطمأنينة والاستقرار عند رب العالمين؛ فهو ينتظر هذا اليوم، ويستبسل ويقاتل من أجل الفوز في هذا اليوم، ويثبت في الميدان حتى آخر رمق في حياته".

- "إن من مظاهر وعلامات السلامة أن تشعر الأمة بقلق إزاء قضية فلسطين، قضية الأمة، ولكن المقاومة مستمرة، وفي كل يوم هناك عمليات وشهداء وتضحيات، أما قضية السور فهي هامشية".

- "أؤكد لكم أن الله غالب على أمره، وأن ثقتنا في الله أولا، ثم في شعوب أمتنا المسلمة، الشعوب المؤمنة كبيرة وعالية، وأننا بفضل الله ثم بدعائكم ودعمكم سننتصر، وسيجعل الله لنا ولكم بعد عسر يسرًا".

- "هؤلاء المهرولون الذين انتصروا لمعصية الله لا يصلحون أن يدافعوا عن قضايا الأمة، وأن يقفوا في وجه الأعداء، وسيلفظهم التاريخ كما لفظ من قبلهم، والأيام دول، وصدق الله العظيم القائل: {وتلك الأيام نداولها بين الناس}، وصدق الله العظيم القائل: {ولقد كتبنا في الزبور من بعد الذكر أن الأرض يرثها عبادي الصالحون}؛ فهؤلاء مفسدون لا بقاء لهم في سجل الخالدين لا أحياء ولا أموات".

- "أؤكد لكم أن الشعوب أقوى من الأنظمة؛ فالشعوب تتحرك في هذه الأيام على عكس ما ترى تلك الأنظمة وما يخطط له العدو؛ فسينتصر الإسلام، وسيهزم المشروع الأمريكي الصهيوني على فلسطين بإذن الله، خاصة أن مبشرات النصر قائمة يرسمها شعبنا كل يوم بثباته وتضحياته ومقاومته التي فرضت موازين الردع والرعب مع هذا العدو الذي ظن أنه لا يقهر، والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون".

الشهادة خاتمته

في فجر يوم الإثنين غرة صفر 1425هـ الموافق 22 من مارس 2004م شاء الله تعالى أن يحقق للشيخ ما تمناه منذ سنين؛ حيث لقي الشيخ أحمد ياسين ربه شهيدًا بعد أدائه صلاة الفجر في المسجد، إثر غارةٍ صاروخية إسرائيلية اغتالته هو و8 من الفلسطينيين أمام المسجد؛ لتنتهي قصة أنفاس هذا الرجل، ولتبدأ قصة جيلٍ بناه وأسسه ورباه الشيخ بدمه وبقلبه وبعقله وبإيمانه، وهذا كل ما كان قد تبقى له بعد شلل جسمه وأطرافه.

قال الدكتور عبد العزيز الرنتيسي مرة: "أنا لم أرَ إنسانًا في حياتي فوَّض أمره إلى الله كالشيخ أحمد ياسين".

فوض أمره لربه سبحانه في قسوة حياته حيث ولد ونشأ، وفي الشلل حيث سلبه ريعان شبابه، وفي جهاده واعتقاله ومحاولات اغتياله، وأخيرًا في شهادته التي لقي الله تعالى بها.

إنه القعيد الذي أقام العالم ولم يزل.. إنه الشيخ أحمد إسماعيل ياسين رحمه الله تعالى.

لا لن أبكيك يا أحمد ياسين

نعم لن أبكيك يا شيخنا الجليل فأنا أؤمن بقول الله تعالى :

[ وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبيلِ اللّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاء وَلَكِن لاَّ تَشْعُرُونَ {154}] البقرة

إحدى الحسنيين ( النصر أو الشهادة ) .

نعم لن أبكيك يا شيخنا الجليل فقد قُتلت مُقبلاً غير مُدبر عزيزاً غير ذليل .

ولكن عُذراً يا شيخنا الجليل فأنا سأحزن على فراقك ...

نعم سأحزن على فراقك يا شيخنا فمثلك يستحق أن يُحزن عليه .

نعم سأحزن على فراقك يا شيخنا فأنت الرجل في زمن كثر فيه الذكور .

قصيدة في أحمد ياسين

هذه القصيدة ( القديمة ) قيلت عندما داهمت قوات الاحتلال الصهيوني منزل الشيخ أواخر شهر آب/ أغسطس 1988، وقامت بتفتيشه وهددته بدفعه في مقعده المتحرك عبر الحدود ونفيه إلى لبنان .. وفي ليلة 18/5/1989 قامت سلطات الاحتلال باعتقال الشيخ أحمد ياسين مع المئات من أبناء حركة "حماس" في محاولة لوقف المقاومة المسلحة التي أخذت آنذاك طابع الهجمات بالسلاح الأبيض على جنود الاحتلال ومستوطنيه واغتيال العملاء .. وكانت هذه القصيدة في جدة بتاريخ 10/6/1989 .. ولكنها تحاكي واقعه هذه الأيام

أخي يا ابنَ ياسينَ يا أحمدُ * لكَ اللهُ .. والجنةُ الموعدُ

حمائمُ ذي العَرشِ لا ماؤها * يَغيضُ ولا زادُها يَنفد

صِراطَ النبيينَ والمرسلينَ * ومَن عُذبوا ومَن استُشهدوا

تطيرُ به الصافناتُ الجيادُ * ويَفرحُ بالجَيدِ الأجْوَدُ

مع اللهِ نبقى .. وباللهِ نَلقى * ونرمي .. وكلُ الأيادي يَدُ

تَفتَحُ تحتَ الظلامِ الورودُ * ويَلمَعُ خَلفَ الجبالِ الغدُ

وفي جورة الشمس سيل الضيوف * وباب ابن ياسين .. لا يوصد

يُبلغُ ، يدعو ، يربي ، يقودُ * تعالَوا تعالوا هُنا الموردُ

بقرآنِنا نفتحُ العالمينَ * وقلعةُ أبطالنا .. المسجِدُ

وحولَ ابنِ ياسينَ إخوانُه * حنيفيّةَ المصطفى جَددوا

مشاعِلُهم مِثلُ نارِ الكَليمِ * فكلُ فلسطينَ تَستَوقِدُ

ومُذ حَلّقَ النّسرُ بَعدَ انقطاعْ * يهودُ فرائصُها تُرْعَدُ

أتستأسدونَ بني قَينُقاعْ * ويَطفَحُ حِقدُكم الأسودُ ؟!!

How To Spot A Pseudo-Salafi/Wahhabi A Mile Away

1. Their Salat does not match any of the FOUR Mathaahib of Islam

# In particular, their raising their hands after coming up from Ruku', and crossing their arms between Ruku' and Sujud.

# Their way of making Tashahhud by moving their fingers up and down during all the Tashahud. Their pretensions of following Sunnat-Al-Mustafa contradicts all Mathaahib even though they are using the same Sunnah narrated by Ahmad: "The Prophet PBUH used to move His finger during Tashahhud!" Some Madhhabs went for moving it once, others (Malikiyyah) went for moving it all the time but from Right to Left NOT up and down. They came up with a new way of doing it that contradicts all that preceded them.

# They do not raise their hands for Duaa (supplication).

# They do not cover their heads during Salat or otherwise, even though it's known for centuries that a man who doesn't cover up his head is Makhrum Al-Muru'a (There is a "breach" in his dignity).

# They certainly do not wear Turbans, which is a Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad Sall Allahu alaihi wa Sallim, of the Sahaba RAA, and the Taabi'een.

# In certain occasions they might wear the Iq'al (Round black thing over a piece of red or white cloth...) which is in total contradiction with Sunnah, since not even once has the Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Sallim wore a Iq'al during his lifetime.

# They do not pray Salat Al-Ishraq, a two-rakaat Sunnah after sun-rise.

If you still think that these signs are not enough to recognize them and keep away from them and you decided to check them out in spite of all the warnings that Our Teachers have given us, read the following.

2. Their preaching is based on the premise of using Qur'an and Sunnah ONLY! Meaning that the civilization built by the Moslems for over 13 centuries is not from Qur'an and Sunnah and a return to the source is a must, no mention should be given to any of the Scholars of Islam whoever they might be.

# Among the most likely sayings they might use from the early great scholars of Islam is: "If you see anything that I say contradicting a Sunnah of the Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Sallim, throw what I say against the wall and use the Sunnah instead!.." These words were uttered by humble scholars who did not want to show off, but are used nowadays instead as means to bash them. They do not mention, however the fact that the same Imam who said these words also said: "If the Messenger of Allah Subhana wa ta 'ala left my company even for one single night I would count myself among the hypocrites!" That was Abu-Hanifa An Nu'man Ibn Thabit may Allah Subhana wa ta 'ala be pleased with him.

# They also say: "They were men and we are men!..", "We know today what they did not know then!"

# The most moderate among them are those who do not say anything negative about the 4 imams even though they do not follow any of them in their practices. They follow their own way of learning Salat based on a famous book: "Sifat Salaat Annabi Sall Allahu Alaihi Wa Sallam" by

Nasr-Eddine Al-Albani. With all due respect to a Muhaddith of such caliber as Al-Albani I prefer to follow Imam Malik, or Abu-Hanifa or Ashaafi'i or Ibn-Hanbal; or better even Sheikh Hisham Kabbani, since I am a A'ammi and "Al-A'ammi Laa Madhhaba Lah" (The commons do not have a Madhhab! They are supposed to just follow!)

# One of their worst arguments is asking for a Daleel (Scholarly proof concerning religious matters) from Qur'an or Sunnah, which belongs to the Ulamaa (Scholars of Islam). They do not understand that Qur'an and Sunnah are the pillars on which all other Adillah (proofs) are built including Qiyas, Ijma'a, Q'aul al-Sahabi, and last but not least Maaruf (what people of good morals have agreed upon as being a good practice).

# If you tell them about the most common practice among the Moslems all over the world of celebrating the birth of the Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Sallim, which is by the way better than the night of Power (Laylat El-Q'adr), they would say it's Bida'a (innovation leading to Hell).

# Their mosques (or at least the ones which they have control over) have only barren walls, while their homes and offices (office within the same Islamic center for instance) are decorated with verses and nice calligraphies. Do not ask them why, they would just smile and will not answer.

# They might be generous and well behaved, but be careful of what they might say behind your back if you tell them I am a student of such and such a Sheikh. That is one of the greatest sins in their eyes. They would be willing to forgive you if you didn't know anything about Islam at all, but will never forgive you taking the knowledge of Islam through someone other than a book, a tape audio or video, or from one of their universities

# A final point on this section is their literal interpretation of some Ahadith of the Prophet Sall Allahu alaihi wa Sallim Such as: "What is below the ankles is in Hell!". On the opposite side they tend to find any interpretation but the most obvious one to the Hadith of Wilaya: "...I will be his sight with which he sees, his hearing with which he hears, his hand with which he grabs, his leg with which he walks..." I recall once saying this Hadith to a friend of

mine in the Library of the Islamic Center of Lansing and one of them was sitting near. He said: "This is Hululiyya!" I could not help it to answer him saying: "If what Muhammad PBUH says is Hululiyya, then I am Hululliy!".

3. If you have reached this point and you think "I knew all this!" It means that you are in need of serious help to get rid of the deviate thinking they might have put in your mind. The way I am struggling to get rid of the remains of being around them for a long enough time. May Allah Subhana wa ta 'ala save us from Kufr (Unbelief) and Dhalal (Misguidance).

# For them Asha'aria are not on the right path but deviated from the "mainstream" of Islamic Aqidah.

# Sitting in a circle of Dhikr (remembrance) is a deadly crime against oneself and against Islam.

# Reading Qur'an in a group is as bad if not worse.

# Shi'ah are not Moslems they say (Correct on this point}.

# Christians and Jews are Kuffar and intermingling with them is one of the worst sins. Their argument is that one has to take the least of two evils: Let them be as they are ignorant of Islam, or lose your own Islam.

Anecdote: One of them is a student in my Department. I invited him once to join a picnic organized by the faculty members for the graduate students as a professional gathering where he could learn more about the ins and outs of the Department. He was outraged and his answer was: "I AM A MOSLEM!" However they organize their own picnics.

Now, you know them and you can get away from them. Some might still have doubts and might want to look further into the matter. Here is the last point to consider and use for reasoning.

4. When it comes to technology none would dare to speak in public or pronounce his opinion if s/he is not a highly specialized person in that technical field. Nobody would dare to perform surgery if he wasn't qualified and certified surgeon. No sane person would take the seat of a pilot and take-off with a jet full of people unless he is qualified pilot. How then can some dare to make Fatwas and decide about the most important and sensitive matters in people's lives: Religion? Not any religion: Islam! When their whole life was only studying electrical engineering, computing or social sciences from an American university? The destruction of Islam those people are conducting is by putting such an important matter as religion into the hands of ignorants and giving them the permission to play with it as they please. Religion is too serious a business to let it be handled by non-experts. My advice is to look for those who know this religion in and out and take it from them, or else, bite on a tree-branch and wait for death.
