Is there any rulling in Islam about this?

My heart tears everytime I see those commercials on t.v. The look in those kids eyes pull at my heart strings. I feel like I owe them that which they deserve (If Allah blesses me with the means one day InshAllah) just by laying eyes on those innocent children.

"And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength depart, and be patient. Surely, Allah is with those who are As-Saabirin (the patient ones, etc.)."


We really need this reminder specially these days.

<b>Rule # 1:</b> In the Middle East, it is always the Arabs that attack first, and it's


always Israel who defends itself. This is called "retaliation".


<b>Rule # 2: </b> The Arabs, whether Palestinians or Lebanese, are not allowed to kill Israelis.


This is called "terrorism"


<b>Rule # 3:</b> Israel has the right to kill Arab civilians; this is called "self-defense",


or these days "collateral damage".


<b>Rule # 4:</b> When Israel kills too many civilians. The Western world calls for restraint.


This is called the "reaction of the international community".


<b>Rule # 5:</b> Palestinians and Lebanese do not have the right to capture Israeli military,


not even a limited number, not even 1 or 2.


<b>Rule # 6:</b> Israel has the right to capture as many Palestinians as they want (Palestinians:


around 10000 to date, 300 of which are children, Lebanese: 1000s to date, being held without trial).


There is no limit; there is no need for proof of guilt or trial. All that is needed is the magic word: "terrorism"


<b>Rule # 7: </b> When you say "Hezbollah", always be sure to add "supported by Syria and Iran"


<b>Rule # 8: </b> When you say "Israel", never say "supported by the USA, the UK and other


European countries", for people (God forbid) might believe this is not an equal conflict


<b>Rule # 9: </b> When it comes to Israel, don't mention the words "occupied territories", "UN resolutions",


"Geneva conventions". This could distress the audience of Fox TV.


<b>Rule # 10:</b> Israelis speak better English than Arabs. This is why we let them


Speak out as much as possible, so that they can explain rules 1 through 9.


This is called "neutral journalism".


<b>Rule # 11: </b> If you don't agree with these rules or if you favor the Arab side over the Israeli side,


you must be a very dangerous anti-Semite. You may even have to make a public apology


if you express your honest opinion (isn't democracy wonderful?)

Imams Are Requested During Friday Prayer to Encourage Attendance


In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful


MAS Freedom Foundation, A.N.S.W.E.R (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism), and


the National Council of Arab Americans (NCA) are sponsoring the August 12


Emergency March on Washington in response to the continuing atrocities in Gaza


and Lebanon.


With the escalation of Israeli military aggression in Gaza and Lebanon, it is


crucial that the American Muslim community mobilizes and makes their voices


heard on August 12.


MAS Freedom is encouraging Imams to use the Friday prayer as an opportunity to


remind Muslims of the importance of “Standing for Justice” and supporting the


August 12 Emergency March on Washington and other rallies held concurrently in


Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Denver.


The carnage in Lebanon and Gaza worsens daily and despite the rhetoric of a


ceasefire, there is no indication the violence will lessen anytime in the near


future. In fact, the Israelis are currently preparing for a full ground


invasion deep into southern Lebanon.


Imams are requested during Friday prayer to remind the community of the


following:


· Allah loves Justice.


· The current crisis in Lebanon and Palestine is the epitome of injustice.


· That over 1000 civilians have been killed.


· That close to one million civilians have been made homeless.


· That American tax dollars pay for the bombs that are dropped upon Muslim and


Arab people.


· That the current Israeli aggression violates International and U.S. law,

We must send a powerful message to our government that Muslim life is not


cheap; that all life is sacred.


Encourage people to come to Washington and join tens of thousands who will be


marching in defense of Lebanon and Palestine under the banner of “Faith Over

and Lebanon by upholding the spiritual and moral imperative given to us by


Allah (S.W.T.), requiring that we enjoin that which is good and forbid that


which is evil.

550. عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: رُبّمَا ذَكَرْتُ قَوْلَ الشّاعِرِ, وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَجْهِ النّبِيّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَسْتَسْقِي, فَمَا يَنزِلُ حَتّى يَجِيشَ كُلّ مِيزَابٍ, وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ: وَأَبْيَضُ يُسَتَسْقَى الْغَمَامُ بِوَجْهِهِ ثِمَالُ الْيَتَامى عِصْمَةٌ لِلأَرَامِلِ رواه البخاري: 1009





<span>550. Ibn Umar رضى الله عنهما said : The following poetic verse occurred to my mind while I was looking at the face of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم while he was invoking Allâh for rain. He did not get down till the rain water flowed profusely from every roofgutter: These were the words of Abu Tâlib: And a white (person i.e. the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم ) who is requested to invoke Allâh for rain and who takes care of the orphans and is the guardian of widows..... (2:122O.B.)</span>

<b>Who was Imam Bukhari?</b>

Imam Muhammad bin Ismaeel al Bukhari (194-254 Hijri) was born in Bukhara, modern day Uzbekistan. He saw a dream in his youth in which he was fanning the air and removing the dust and flies whilst seated in front of the noble Prophet (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam). This was an early indication of the glorious future Allah had planned for him. Upon interpretation, he was told that he would be instrumental in removing falsehood from the ahadeeth of the noble Prophet (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam). He is undoubtedly the greatest ever Imam of hadeeth with over 90,000 students having studied the Jami al Saheeh directly from him and over 130 commentaries of his work having been completed. In the past the Great Scholars of hadeeth used to travel for hundreds of miles for the sake of one hadeeth and yet we are getting this opportunity without all this hard work and effort. Let us not let this great opportunity go to waste. We request that you come yourselves and bring others also to learn the words of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam).

<b>Lazer Zone</b>


Start the fun in this 40ft x 40ff nine pod lazer ship. Each pod is connected by tubes. Inside the unit there is a smoke and lighting system. But the fun really starts when we strap on the lazer packs. Groups of ten enter the ship and battle it out, firing lazer beams at targets on the guns and back packs. This event can be used as a team or individual game. Scores can be given at the end of the battle.

This beautiful unique row of inflatable cottages is a self-contained playground full of amazing toys.


The first cottage has biff and bash toys, a toy clock, squeeze walls and climbing blocks. The second cottage has squeeze tubes, an inflatable four-poster bed and other toys. Divided by a twin mega slide reached by foam steps inside the cottages. The inflated cottages are surrounded by a colourful barrier with trees and arches.


Prayer and wudhu facilities provided.
