  A Youth Councelling Section perhaps?
Posted by: Abu Dujanah - 12-01-2003, 08:35 PM - Forum: Feedback and suggestions - Replies (1)

Assalamu 'alaykum

Well, I mean, something I've never ever come across on any site is a youth councelling section. I mean, we all have problems, and unforunately, most of the youth of Islaam have big problems living amongst the kaffarah and mushrikeen. Every where they turn, this religion is like a hot coal to hold on to:

-> They suffer from their parents, many of them.

-> They suffer from the fitan of the nisaa` (and rijaal for sisters), and wallahi, what a disaster that is.

-> They need advice constantly regarding all sorts of matters.

-> They are confused, and frustrated and do not know what to do because there is no one there to guide them.

-> They lack in strong leadership.

Anyway, the list can be looooooooooooooooong.

But I think it's a good idea, so what do you think my fellow brothers and sisters ?

if you think christianity is solid think again!!!

one of the things that shook me was when my niece told me about a book. that she had come across. this book is call

THE BLOOD LINE OF THE HOLY GRAIL it is by an author last name Gardener,

right off i do not remember exactly his first name , but you will not miss this if you see it

it is documented proof of the life of jesus. they even talK of things that never was even told, you can not even imagine. to even suggested that jesus was married. also these other things about the people telling the things they thought they remember in the times of christ.

it said paul was a known liar and a drunk and was known for streaching the truth. anyway it is not my words but the words of the author, he has proof of what he says.

my point is that the church went to great lengths to band this book, got it off the shelfs. there are some still around

and i got to thinking about this , what else did they keep from us.

the people that write the bible put what they decide they want to tell the people . what they want you to believe, if this was not the fact why they still try to change it. ?

i just read an article about this changing of the bible on front page of msn. now at the time i found the book of the holy grail.

i was not muslim, i was beginning to see how false the religious is .

please listen to me, if you care for your souls in the after life. no one is with you , but you and God!!!.. if you was to believe what jesus said.

THEN LISTEN , HE SAID GO LOOK AND SEEK AND FIND OUT FOR YOUR SELF , DO NOT TAKE SOMEONE ELSE WORD FOR THIS..

HEY THIS IS OUR SOUL WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. WE HAVE ONE GOD, AND THAT GOD WILL BE THE ONLY ONE YOU FACE IN THE GRAVE. THERE YOU CAN NOT RUN OR HIDE. YOU HAVE TIME NOW TO GET RIGHT WITH GOD, ONCE YOU CROSS OVER YOU CAN NOT REPENT. im not saying what jesus said was wrong, but i say what those people twisted the word around were wrong.

DO NOT WAST TIME, TURN TO THE RIGHT WAYS.!!!!!

I WISH I WAS RAISED IN ISLAM, AND KNEW ARABIC, IF I DID, YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SHUT ME UP.

modernized the world may be, But we do not have to live like this. i will tell you i see only two things, ..... i do not see family and friends, and they want me to do this or do that. and maybe they want me to do something i should not,

i see they as good and evil.... my eyes are open, and the devil plays on they weak. even the devil knows the bible. and knows it very well. when he can make thing look so good. but its with some bad intentions would you feel the same if you faced your family or friends, and know they were just wanting to have a good time, and drink , and smoking, and say hey man it an't gonna hurt nothing. or maybe some good time charlie just wants to kiss all over you , or even you friend. and it is in the end wrong. would you think to what your doing. i don't think so

cause you are in the moment.

but are you going to be in the moment when you face God for even thing you did, you have to answer to every thought and action you do,

its like the altimate oppointment and you know its coming you just don't know when ..... you can not get out of this one. ...so its better to be ready for this, this be sorry later.

alhamdillah, im so thankful for islam, i m thankful for the prophet mohammad (pbbum) and im so thankful im here, and i have this chance. and i look forward to my big graduation day

if ur interested in seeing the book go to barnes and noble book store. . they did have it.

may ALLAH OPEN YOUR EYS AND EARS, AND HEART TO COME TO THE REAL RELIGION.

ONE LAST THING>>>> ISLAM NEVER HAS CHANGED THEIR BOOK>>>>>NEVERRRR....IT IS SOLID.. ITS THE TOTAL TRUTH

AND IT JUST DON'T GET ANY BETTER THEN THIS

.....AMEEN, AMEEN,AMEEN

  قصة الكوخ
Posted by: Muslimah - 12-01-2003, 01:40 PM - Forum: منتدى المقالات باللغة العربية - No Replies

Assalaamwalaikum uhkti!

Glad ur back! I had tried to get on yesturday but could not get in!

But glad Ur back. I first want to say everything U gave the sister about her husband is good. May ALlah reward U for the Info. It remind us all of the kindness we should show to our husbands.

I have to ask a question!

Where is it that I can drag my gown and can I pray in anyway? I love to be covered and I also want to be able to pray in it. I was given 7 garments by a sister who is a truly wonderful sister. and may ALlah rewarded her for her giving.Amin.

I have to get them hem but I don't like them short. it was told to me that I should not let them drag. Can U help me to show this muslim where he can read it for his self. Inshallah. I know the brothers can't let theirs touch the ground. But I need to let him read it for his self. and rightly so!

Again I'm glad Ur back. keep up the work for us. I look forward to comming in and checking in to see whats on the issues.

  Two Japanese killed in 'Iraaq
Posted by: Abu Dujanah - 11-30-2003, 02:18 PM - Forum: Current Affairs - Replies (2)

Allaahu Akbar, the Mujaahideen in 'Iraaq aren't leaving anyone out:

News just in that 2 Japanese diplomats were ambushed and killed in Tikreet today (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...n_iraq_attack_5)

So, the various nations that have now fallen victim to our brothers in the Land of the Khilaafah include:

The United States of America (the most experienced, by far, in sustaining casualties...)

The UK

Spain

Italy (two devastating bomb attacks)

Poland

Jordan

Japan

Australia

Actually, we can pretty much add the whole world to that, considering the numerous attacks on UN landmarks in 'Iraaq.

And the line keeps growing...

Vinegar: A food Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) used to eat with olive oil.

Milk: The Prophet(SAW) said that milk wipes away heat from the heart just as the finger wipes away sweat from the brow. It strengthens the back, increases the brain, augments intelligence, renews vision and drives away forgetfulness.

Honey: Considered to be the best remedy for diarrhea when mixed in hot water. It is the food of foods, drink of drinks and drug of drugs. It is used for creating appetite, strengthening the stomach, eliminating phlegm, as a meat preservative, hair conditioner, eye salve and mouthwash. It is extremely beneficial in the morning in warm water and is also a Sunnah.

Olive oil: excellent treatment for skin and hair, delays old age, treats inflammation of the stomach.

Mushroom: The Prophet(SAW) said that mushroom is a good cure for the eyes, it also serves as a form of birth control and arrests paralysis.

Grapes: The Prophet was very fond of grapes, it purifies the blood, provides vigour and health, strengthens the kidneys and clears the bowels.

Dates: The Prophet(SAW) said that a house without dates has no food, also to be eaten at the time of childbirth.

Figs: It is a fruit from paradise and a cure for piles.

Water: the Prophet(SAW) said the best drink in this world and the next is Water, when you are thirsty drink it by sips and not gulps, gulping produces sickness of the liver.

  A number of meaningful reminders
Posted by: Muslimah - 11-30-2003, 12:09 PM - Forum: "And remind for reminding benefit the believers - Replies (3)

As Salam Alykom

I received a number of very meaningful reminder on an email

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"do not look at how small your sin is, consider the greatness of whom you sinned against"

> >>Bilal ibn Saeed

"patience to faith is like the head to the body. the person who has no patience has no faith (imaan)."

> >>Ali ibn abi Talib

"it is better for one to be wrong after consultation than to be right without having it."

> >>Abdul Malik ibn Marwan

"o my son! evil is not overcome with evil. set off 2 fires and see if you can put off one with the other. Evil is overcome with good like fire is put off with water."

> >>Luqman, the Wise

"many a small deed becomes bigger because of the intention,

and many a big deed becomes smaller because of the intention."

> >>Abdullah ibn Mubarak

"when one fears poverty, one should trade with Allah. Pay zakah and give sadaqah (charity)"

> >>Abdurrahman ibnul Jawzee

"the servant should be able to know whether his Tawbah (repentance) is accepted or not. One must feel better after his tawbah than before."

> >>Imam Ibnul Qayyim

"hold yourselves accountable before you are held accountable"

> >>Umar ibnul Khattab

"among the things that completes one's islam is giving up that which does not concern him"

> >>Tirmidhi

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's not how much you accomplish in life that really counts,

but how much you give to other.

It's not how high you build your dreams that makes a difference,

but how high your faith can climb.

It's not how many goals you reach,

but how many lives you touch.

It's not who you know that matters,

but who you are inside.

CALIPH UMAR (RA) AND PUBLIC MONEY

One day Umme Kulthum (RA), wife of the Caliph, presented some bottles of perfume to the Roman Empress. The Empress sent back the bottle filled with precious stones as a counter present. The Caliph on being informed of this present said to his wife, "You will kindly hand over the present to the Public Treasury, as the messenger who carried the bottles was paid by the State.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHO IS A GREATER SLAVE THAN THE CALIPH?

It is reported that one day Caliph Umar (RA) was informed that a camel belonging to the Public Treasury had gone missing. On hearing this, the Caliph himself set out personally to search for the camel. In the course of his search he came upon Ahnaf Bin Qais an eminent fellow citizen and said to him, "A camel belonging to the Public Treasury has gone missing. You are certainly most aware that many poor people have a share in it. Let us both go and search for the camel."

Ahnaf was shocked to see the Caliph going about personally attending to this task, and he replied, "Amirul Mumminin! Why do you not order a slave to search it out?" The Caliph replied, "But who is a greater slave than myself?"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ALL THAT HE LEFT BEHIND

Caliph Umar (RA), the conqueror of the mighty empires of Persia and Rome, left behind on his death one coarse dress and five dinars.

FROM THE BOOK THE PROPHET AND ISLAM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ASSURANCE OF LIFE

Once the daughters of the Caliph, Umar (RA) asked their father to purchase new clothes for Eid. The Caliph summoned the treasurer and asked for one month of his salary in advance. The treasured replied, "Oh dear Ameerul Momineen, I would love to give you your salary in advance. But what assurance do you have that you will live for another month?"

The Caliph said, "Indeed you are correct."

"Invite all to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching;

And consult with them in ways that are best and most gracious."

(Al Qur'an, 16:125)
