How is this any different than some guy on the street coming up and telling me the virtues of Islam?

I go to god and say "well come stranger told me about islam, so I just decided to go with it"?

It's about 99% accurate. There are a couple of artistic imageries added, but yes it's very close [Image: smile.gif]

Asalaamu alikum,

I did not see the film, nor do I have any intention of seeing it. However the entire post of Dan's made me remember my childhood days attending Catholic school.

Every year during lent they took us on a class 'retreat.' This was an all day event which always ended with the showing of a film similiar to what Dan has described. And the outcome was always an emotional experiance, although we never did gain any insight on the true teachings of Jesus, may peace be upon him.

I wonder if it is a coincidence that they decided to release this film during the Christian lenten season.

I'm supposed to keep my opinoins to myself on a this board? So what do I talk about? I've been censored for asking questions, and now I'm being told not to express my opinion on a movie? [Image: sad.gif]
