As Dan already told u also browse around this site Insh aAllah u will find it beneficial.

however, as I understand u dont practice yet, Sister, try to start Insh aAllah practicing prayer. It is essential, it gets u closer to Allah, it is how u connect with Allah, it is how u derive energy from Allah, then Insh aAllah u move step by step.
