Bismillah
Science cannot even tell me if it is going to rain tomorrow. The closest we get is percentages. A barometer and windsock tell me about as much as the weather man does and these have been around for centuries. Doplar radar and weather stations just tell us what is coming by looking to the west. Easterly wind and rain in the west? Most likely going to rain here tomorrow. What does science actually do anyway? It describes what is already occurring. Magnetic fields and electricity have been around possiblely since the beginning of earth. These were not made only "discovered" like Columbus discovered America. Sometimes these discoveries either prove to be wrong or faulty. Look at atomic weapons. Wow. Something so powerful that it cannot be used. Not really a weapon, more of a bluff.
Cocaine and anphetamines were seen as miracle drugs at the time of discovery. Whoops. Ask doctors about the body. There are tissues and organs in there that they still do not know what they do. Any cures lately? I still get sick from the flu and common colds. Been around for as long as man has been studying medicine. I can get a flu shot. Goody! I can just get a long cold instead of the feverish flu. At least I only have to get it once right? Where did AIDS come from? What about cancer? Apparently everything causes that now.
It is a type of faulty thinking that people have fallen into. More technology and more science equals better. How? There are still wars only with scarier weapons. Do you feel like you have more free time with all the time saving devices? Not me. Study science and you will find out how little it answers and how many more questions it raises.
