A two part question

SALAM,beforehand,i understood everysingle word SUBMIT has written,and re-read them to make sure i am not mistaken of any of his sayings,and moreover, substantial evidences were put to him emanating from Quran and Sunna,and he was adamant and arrogant to reject them and beyond that discrediting and insulting the prophet(saw).How can you label someone a Muslim who is telling you emphatically i don't believe in the Sunna,etc...There's no Moujamala and Mouhadana in our DINE,i am not saying we ought to force someone to accept it( no compulsory in religion),and this is referred to an unbeliever whom we need to be patient in propaging ISLAM to them,but i will not accept from someone who claims to be Muslim and kept rejecting the Sunna of our beloved prophet(saw)??!!Muslimah,don't mix with Allah taala who is listenning his creatures associating with him a partner and he keeps feeding them up an providing them with their needs in this DOUNYA,and with someone who is mocking about the sounna....there's a huge nuance between a kafir and SUBMIT...
