Bismillah
As Salam alaikum
"ar rukn al yamani" is the stone at the corner that preceeds the Black Stone when one is making tawaf. So if one starts tawaf (at the Black Stone, of course), there are two corners that are passed and then ar rukn al yamani then the Black Stone. Make sense?
We as muslims are also informed that prayer absolves sins from one prayer to the next, as does juma from one juma' to the next, as does umrah from one umrah to the next. Also saying subhannallahi wa bihamdi 100x absolves the days sins even if they are as "numerous as the foam on the sea." This does not mean that we can do whatever we want.
Remember the keys to taubah are sincerity and the intention to no longer commit that sin again. Insha'Allah I helped rather than hindered.
As salam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu
