Why are we not able to wake up for Fajr?

Truly Mash a Allah one feels so down when Fajr is missed.


As for the methods, most important is:


* To take the intention (Niyah) for waking up for Fajr.


* You can set the alarm.


* Friends wake each other.


* I heard, but this is not established in Sunnah, that if u recite the last 3 Ayahs of Surat Kahf with the intention of waking up at any time during night, Allah Wakes you up.
