Asalamalaikum I know that a Muslim father-in- law can see the wife of his Son without a hijab. The Mother-in-law can also hug and shacke hands with the Daughter's Husband (mothers son-in-law). It won't nullify their wudu, right. What if my father-in-law is a nonmuslim? Knowing that we have to cover ourselves from non-muslim women, kind of answers my own question but I am not sure.
