I will repeat myself Qira`-at is not variations whether or not u want to understand is your problem.
It is not like American english use lift while british use elevator, no but like the pronunciaiton of the same word that differs from US to american english.
Like the phonetics of the words for ex how american pronounce lot and how british pronounce the same word.
