		In fighting corruption:

 Narrated Abu Humaid As-Sa`idi:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) employed an employee (to collect Zakat). The employee returned after completing his job and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! This (amount of Zakat) is for you, and this (other amount) was given to me as a present." The Prophet (ﷺ) said to him, "Why didn't you stay at your father's or mother's house and see if you would be given presents or not?" Then Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) got up in the evening after the prayer, and having testified that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and praised and glorified Allah as He deserved, he said, "Now then ! What about an employee whom we employ and then he comes and says, 'This amount (of Zakat) is for you, and this (amount) was given to me as a present'? Why didn't he stay at the house of his father and mother to see if he would be given presents or not? By Him in Whose Hand Muhammad's soul is, none of you will steal anything of it (i.e. Zakat) but will bring it by carrying it over his neck on the Day of Resurrection. If it has been a camel, he will bring it (over his neck) while it will be grunting, and if it has been a cow, he will bring it (over his neck), while it will be mooing; and if it has been a sheep, he will bring it (over his neck) while it will be bleeding." The Prophet (ﷺ) added, "I have preached you (Allah's Message)." Abu Humaid said, "Then Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) raised his hands so high that we saw the whiteness of his armpits."

Narrated under the authority of Ibn Abbass, that the
Messenger salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam, said": One who appointed an
employee from among Muslims, knowing that among them there someone who better deserves
this position, and more knowledgeable about the book of Allah and Sunnah of His
Messenger than the appointee, one who made the appointment would have cheated Allah, His Messenger and all
Muslims" (reported by Bayhaqy in his Sunnan, based on Al Hakem.

Reported by Al Hakem in the Mustadarak, under the authority
of Hussain Bin Qays Arrahby, that it Ibn Abbas may Allah Be Pleased with both
of them narrated saying: that the Messenger salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam said:
one who employs a man from among a group of people, and that group of people
includes another member who is more pleasing to Allah that the employee, the
one who made the employment would have cheated Allah, cheated His Messenger and
 cheated the believers.

Narrated under the authority of Yazeed bin Abi Sofyan that
he said: Abu Bakr Assediq may Allah be pleased with him told me when he
commissioned me to Sham, O Yazeed: you have relatives, you might favor them
with leadership positions, this is what I am mostly concerned about you for,
specially that the Messenger salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam said: "One who
assumes leadership position over Muslims, and assigned over them a leader based
on favoritism, shall incur the curse of Allah, Allah Shall not accept from his
compulsory or optional good deeds, until Allah Admits him to Juhannum"

		In accountability and transparency:

Narrated under the authority of Abdullah Bin Moghfal Al
Mazny, may Allah Be pleased with him saying: I hereby testify that I heard the
Messenger of Allah salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam saying:" No Imam, or ruler
spends his night after cheating his citizens, except that Allah Prevents him
completely from Jannah" (reported by Tabarani as sound)

 Abu Maryam Al-Azdi
(May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

 I said to
Mu'awiyah (bin Abu Sufyan) (May Allah be pleased with them): I heard Messenger
of Allah salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam (ﷺ) saying, "If Allah invests to someone the affairs of the
Muslims and he (i.e., the ruler) ignores their rights, denies their access to
him and neglects their needs, Allah will not answer his prayer or realize his
hopes and will act towards him with indifference on the Day of
Resurrection." So Mu'awiyah appointed a person to keep a vigil on the
necessities of the people and to fulfill them.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) made me

Al-Barqani added: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered an
orchid belonging to an Ansari and saw there a camel. When it saw him, it began
to groan and its eyes shed tears. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) approached it and patted it on the hump and the base of its
head until it quieted down. Then he (ﷺ) asked,
"Who is the owner of this camel? To whom does it belong?" An Ansari
youth stepped forward and said: "It is mine O Messenger of Allah!" He
said, "Do you not fear Allah in respect of this beast which Allah has
placed in your possession? This camel is complaining to me that you starve it
 and put it to toil."

In market control and trade affairs:

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's
 Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

Do not meet the merchant in the way and enter into business
transaction with him, and whoever meets him and buys from him (and in case it
is done, see) that when the owner of (merchandise) comes into the market (and
finds that he has been paid less price) he has the option (to declare the
 transaction null and void).
