Quote:And to your this reply that being a native of arab land you have more understanding with arabic then non arab ( inorder to understand Quranic words), well lady for your kind information if this would have been a case then at the time of revelation of Holy Quran all those arab pagans would embrass Islam on the account of this arab native basis, but as we all know that many of them remained unmoved by Quranic Ideology.
Bismillah, Wasalat Wasalam ala Khayr Khalq Allah, Mohammad Alayhe Al-Salat Walsalam.
Now that was a very wrong statement to say, which shows that u may have not understood the whole Quran or did not read the fulll history of Islam. This is not a statement to come out of the mouth of a muslim brother, so please ask Allah forgivness.
Now when u say that the native arab language did not have effect on those pagans it means u r arguing with The Words of Allah when He Says Subhanahu Wa T'ala in Surat [Fusilat]
Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem:
3. A Book whereof the Verses are explained in detail; A Qur'ân in Arabic for people who know.
So it is a Quran in Arabic for people who know, who understand and want to listen and beleive, and not for those who have kibr and love of life:
Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem:
5. And they say: "Our hearts are under coverings (screened) from that to which you invite us, and in our ears is deafness, and between us and you is a screen, so work you (on your way); verily, we are working (on our way)."
Just look what they say about themselves, they say our hearts are screened to what u invite us, and our ears are deaf, and there is screen between u and us, they admit that, becasue they know and understand that this is the word of Allah, but they are turning away from it because they wanted to have the hounor of being prophets, them being the elite in Quraysh. Allah said about them in Surat Al-Baqara:
Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem:
18. They are deaf, dumb, and blind, so they return not (to the Right Path).
And in Surrat Al-Mutafifeen:
Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem:
13. When Our Verses (of the Qur'ân) are recited to him he says: "Tales of the ancients!"
14. Nay! But on their hearts is the Rân (covering of sins and evil deeds) which they used to earn.
Now that does not mean they do not understand the Quran or it does not have effect on them becasue of it 's Arabic language, they know well and they are sure that he is a prophet but they deny it out of arrogance and love of life and ruling.
And if the arabic does not have a strong effect as u say then Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala would not defy them to bring a verse like it, and of course they could not bring them being the eloquent arabic speakers, in Surat Al-Baqara, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says:
Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Raheem:
23. And if you (Arab pagans, Jews, and Christians) are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down (i.e. the Qur'ân) to Our slave (Muhammad Peace be upon him ), then produce a Sûrah (chapter) of the like thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides Allâh, if you are truthful.
24. But if you do it not, and you can never do it, then fear the Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.
Why the defying, because of the beauty and high eloquency and miracle in the arabic verses, that were never changed.
Now let us see what the Kuffar say and did about Quran:
The time when Muhammad(pbuh) had publicly declared his prophethood; the time of the Hajj was at hand. The leaders of Mecca greatly feared that Muhammad(pbuh) would propagate his religion among the people who would come from all the different parts of Arabia and that they would be attracted by the Qur'an. Forthwith did they convene a meeting. It was then decided that they would first meet with those who arrived for the Hajj and unleash a propaganda against Muhammad(pbuh). The next discussion centered on the question as to how Muhammad(pbuh) was to be described. That each should give a different description would be an affront to their own credibility. What, then, would be the allegation that may be made in common between them? Some said, "Let us say that Muhammad(pbuh) is a soothsayer." To this, Waleed bin Mugheera, a prominent tribal chief retorted, "That can never be. For, by Allah, he is not a soothsayer and we have seen soothsayers. Muhammad’s words are not the prophecies of soothsayers." Yet others said, "We shall say that he is a madman." Then said Waleed, "He is not a madman. We have seen madmen and he has nothing either of their mad talk or of their antics and devilish tendencies." At this, they said, "Then, in that case, let us say that he is a poet." But Waleed countered, "He is no poet. For we are aware of all the types of poetry and, for a surety, it is not poetry that he uttereth." The people then said, " Let us say, then, that he is a sorcerer." But Waleed retorted once again, "He is no sorcerer and he uses neither their knots nor their lutes."
"Then what is it that you propose?" they demanded. He then declared, "Verily, there is a particular sweetness in his words. Its value is expansive, even as fruit-laden are its branches. For a certainty, all that you may utter against him will, in time, prove to be meaningless and futile. It is, therefore, suitable that he be described as a magician who is out to disrupt the ties between father and children, husband and wife as well as between the older and the younger brother!" Accept this the people did. They started, also, the propagation likewise.
What does that prove, did it have no impact on them, it did , for then how at night each of the head of kufur would go alone after all gone to sleep to listen to the Quran, after they decided to fight him, and then they will discover that they all went there to listen because they cannot resist listning to its beauty, but they cannot do it in daylight for every1 to c, but they had to hide like thieves, lest the tribes would say that the head of Quraysh were listening to Quran.
So after that we will come and say that Arabic had no affect on the arabs, and they would have beleived.
And I could list here for u hundreds of proofs that they did beleive but it was again I repeat their arrogance and love of ruling and dunia. But then this would be a very long post, and I do not wish to argue, but reading what u wrote I had to answer it back, because in that saying u r attacking The Word of Allah without knowing, so ask forgiveness, and yes I repeat, native arabs will understand arabic more than non speakers, they understand its beauty its grammar, its meanings by nature, because Quran is in Arabic, and Arabic is our mother tongue.
Wallahu Aa'la Wa A'alam, if I am right from Allah if I am wrong from my ignorance and shaytan.
Wasalam 'alaykom wa rahmat Allah Wa barakatuh
