Sister Umzachariya brother lifutushi, Jazakum Allah khayr for this effort, but JD will never be pleased with what we say even if he sees the truth between the lines, all this issue about women abuse he is claiming about has been explained to him more than once, but it seems he never reads what we post and he always does not care, and it is always that islam is barbaric. It is either we are not able to convey to him correctly or it is just that he does not want to see, he is enjoying life as it is. So how about praying for him, that is what i am doing now and will keep on doing, I pray for those who are lost and misled and misunderstood Islam to really c the light and may Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala guide them to the right path. Hi JohnDoe,

Can we have a look at your figures? From a reliable source? Be genorous and share this information with us. You gave us the words, 'but they are lies none the less' now fill up with the figures.

JohnDoe,

Thanks for UNs list. So no we have two list to look at. Brother Lifutushis list is though concentrated on US alone and more detailed since it contains race, educational qualifications and household income. So it is really only a question of what kind of statistics you are looking for, isn't it?

If all this is 'only a scheme of things' - why don't you put your cards on the table, isn't it high time now to sincerely give us the answer to the question 'What is it that you really want'? Where do you want your questions to lead YOU?

JohnDoe,

You are forgetting something. The Qur'an is not revealed only to be authoritative for just the year 2004. It is authoritative from about 1400 years backwards and from now forever forwards. Population is never the same year after year, it differs.

And the Qur'an covers all possible, thinkable, imaginable, unimagnable scenarios that has happened, that is happening and that will happen. If you cannot understand this, you can never understand the wisdom of Allah, SWT, in the Qur'an.

You have it right in front of you, but if you chose to keep your eyes closed you also chose to 'not see' what you have within reach. Then you have utilized the free will to chose between to see and understand or the way not to see and not to understand. Simple really.

Just bear in mind that this freedom of choice was given to you like to everyone else by your Creator. A great gift. It is up to you HOW you use it. And the great thing is, that it is ONLY you that will be answerable before Allah, SWT, for your choices when the day comes when it is your turn to meet him. Everyone sits ALONE in their boat in this coming meeting. There will be no one to blame nor ask for help.

So maybe you should reconsider your answer 'nothing'?

Nothing.

Yet you still continue to return everyday, what are you so afraid of admitting. You're starting to look corny. You surely can't continue to post here everday multiple times yet still try and tell us you aren't interested in Islam or that most of us here are ignorant of the History of Islam and you wont find what you're looking for here yet continue to come back. It's almost cringe-worthy to see you keep posting man.

Quote:It is laughable that you would bother to reply without defending the position. At least Umm had a decent go at it unlike yourself.

That's because Umm is polite enough to give you time in an actual debate, unlike myself. All i wanted to know was why you keep popping up if you don't like it here so much. You say it's because you don't like the hypocricy, intolerance and the bigotry here. Yet...it's still you that's coming to the forum, it's still you who's logging on, and it's still you who's choosing to post everyday. No person is physically forcing you. If the hypocricy, intolerance and bigotry of some of us here was so abhorrent then there'd be no reason for you to return everyday, doesn't make sence.

You've compared Muslims to Nazis (who i obviously despise) on more than one occasion. Fine, let's go with your comparison. So you coming here every day is like me going to a Nazi forum not once, not twice not three times but several times, several times a day, returning day after day after day to post there. It just doesn't make sence does it. Unless, i was there to deliberately provoke them, or because i was actually interested to learn more about them. Outside of that, there are no other sensible reasons...and i'm sure you'd say you're a sensible person right?

I put forward that's the reason you're here, you just don't want to admit it. Especially if in your words..."there's nothing here of value" So why keep coming back? I was merely stating the more you post here the more you look like you're reaching out to us, the other posters here opposed to Islam don't seem to post half as much as you do. You're actually lucky the people here at this forum are so tolerant of your ignorance, i would have banned you a long time ago, being the nice person that i am. So you've got the people here to thank that you actually get to spit your offense tripe everday...they follow Allah in a way i admire and hope to emulate as i learn more, especially when it comes to dealing with offensive christians in disguse who want to embrace Islam [Image: smile.gif]

Anyway sorry to hijack the debate, this isn't one. Just an opinion... [Image: rolleyes.gif]

Quote:You put a lot of effort into communicating your thoughts on me but not once did you address the topic on hand.
What is it that I said caused you "offense" by the way? Is it that I am right is causing you offense ?

Comparing Muslims to Nazis was one thing i took offense to, however. I said at the bottom of my post i wasn't speaking on the topic, i said i was addressing you. And after everything i wrote, there's nothing you responded to, there's nothing you can counter is there. You're not as good as i originally gave you credit for at this are you, which is good in a way, it makes it easier for everyone else to see.

At least we all know your reasons for being here now and as such i will speak on them no more unless you provoke me to, i'll just hope you'll reveal your true reasons for being here sooner rather than later, because on your journey with us to eventually embrace Islam, you're still being quite rude, and offensive, but obviously this attitude will dissipate as you come closer to revealing to us all why you're here.

So...I'll let you continue on in your madness, and hope you really stew over my words. This topic will always be here as a handy reference to let those curious like i was, know your real intentions for being here. As you have denied nothing i wrote. That's not to gloat over, just to offer a hand of friendship. Help you move closer. Please note though trying to steer me away from furthering embaressing you by pushing me to speak about another topic while ignoring what i wrote, will not stop me in away from exposing you as and when i see fit bro. Unless i get told off [Image: wink.gif]

Oh what?? [Image: huh.gif] I was sitting waiting and that's all i get? Shame...ok bro, i hear what you're saying. But this was weak...

Quote:Post a topic and I will be glad to have a dialogue with you. But this thread subject matter is well defined.

Theres no reason whatsoever for you not to respond to what i've said, to say you're not responding because i haven't started a new topic is a dissapointingly weak get out. There's nothing wrong in admitting i'm right, or i'm close to geting there in my analysis of you. A new topic would simply be a re posting of what i've written here. You're going to need a better excuse than that to dodge my questions. Oh my.

However i feel i may have been wrong about you, i suspect you've got a good heart. So I'll leave it there for now. Apologies to everyone else for directing this topic off course if it was me that did so. Sorry.

Assalamu aleikum brother Anyabwile,

Your efforts in directing John towards the truth of Islam is a good thing to do. The 'discussion' has taken some strange turns though, from the beginning and I do feel it is beacuse John does not have the same definition of the word 'equality' as we have. And therefore he is trying to 'tell us' that WE are wrong and HE is right. He does not understand (yet?) that the definition is not made by neither of us, it is decreed from Allah, SWT. And when accepting this, we submit to Him and understand what He in His wisdom is telling us. John has not (yet?) realised what IS the truth, so it is surely therefore he continues to struggle against Allah, SWT, and continues to wrestle with us too.

The first part here was to brother Anyabwile but should be read also by you John and now I direct the last words only to you.

In a last? attempt to open up your eyes, you could try to read the following http://www.geocities.com/sayed725/Equality.html

Try to zero-point yourself and read as it is something you have NEVER read before in your whole life. Hope it will push you nearer to the truth. As it is said, miracles happens during Ramadaan (we are not there yet but near enough) so you have some time to reconsider [Image: rolleyes.gif]
