Dont Delay Hajj Anymore
Every one knows that Hajj is the fifth and final pillar of Islam. And performing Hajj is one of the obligations that Allaah has put upon His believing slaves if they have the means. But how many of us really pay attention to this command?
Now I am not talking about those of us who are sick, or financially unable to afford it. I am talking about those of us who have a steady job, a good enough income, Alhamdulillaah. And we have health and the physical and other means to go for Hajj.
But we just dont think about it.
Sure we have all that money saved up but we are either saving it for that trip to Disney Land or that vacation to Hawaii. Perhaps it is for a bigger house or a fancier car. Or we are just so busy in our jobs and day to day lives that even the thought of going to Hajj doesnt cross our minds.
Although Allaah tells us in the Quraan that Hajj is fardh on every Muslim once in lifetime, provided they are able to perform it.
"And Hajj to the House (Kabah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses; and whoever disbelieves [i.e., denies Hajj, then he is a disbeliever of Allah], then Allah stands not in need of any of the Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists)."
(Surah Aale-Imraan: 97)
And the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said during a Khutbah: "O people! Hajj has been made incumbent upon you, so perform Hajj." (Muslim)
From this we can conclude that hajj is obligatory on whoever has the (physical, financial, and circumstantial) ability to reach the sacred precincts of the Kaabah in Makkah.
But somehow, we dont realize that delaying Hajj for no specific reason is so wrong.
The Ulama tell us that those who have the ability to go for Hajj but delay it for no specific reason, are concurring a major sin. Thats right...a Major Sin!
In fact, Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “I was about to send envoys to the towns to check on all those who have the means to make Hajj but do not perform it, in order to demand them to pay Jizyah; they are not Muslims, they are not Muslims”.
Subhaan Allaah! What strong words and we didnt even think it was such a big deal.
Ibn Qudaamah said: "If a person is obliged to do Hajj and is able to do it, he must do it straight away and it is not permissible for him to delay it." (al-Mughni)
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen was asked about Hajj and whether one can delay it. He replied: "The correct view is that it must be done straight away and it is not permissible for a person who is able to go on Hajj to the Sacred House of Allaah to delay it. The same applies to all the duties enjoined by shareeah: if there is no set time or reason, they must be done immediately. " (Fataawa Ibn Uthaymeen)
But come to think of it, why would one want to delay it anyway?
Wouldnt you want to have your sins...and I mean, ALL your sins forgiven?
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Whoever performs Hajj to this house - Kaabah- and does not commit any obscenity and wrongdoing, he, or she, will come out as the day he, or she, was born - pure and free from sins." (Bukhaari, Muslim)
Just imagine! Pure and free from sin...as the day you were born!
Wouldnt you want to be free from Hell Fire?
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "There is no day on which Allah sets free more slaves from Hell than He does on the Day of Arafah." [Muslim].
Sure, it is a rigorous journey. But isnt Jannah worth it?
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The reward of Hajj Mabrur (i.e., one accepted) is nothing but Jannah." [bukhaari, Muslim].
And dont think spending for Hajj will decrease your wealth or make you poor in any way. For not only does Hajj wipe away sins, but it also gets rid of poverty.
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:
“Keep on doing Hajj and Umrah, for they eliminate poverty and sin just as the bellows eliminate impurities from iron and gold and silver.”
(Tirmidhi, al-Nasaai, saheeh by al-Albaani)
And you dont have to worry about anything when you go there, because you are Allaahs guest and He will take care of you. Imagine...Allaahs guest! What more could one want?!!
“The one who fights for the sake of Allaah and the pilgrim who goes for Hajj or Umrah are all guests of Allaah. He called them and they responded; they ask of Him and He will give them.”
(Ibn Maajah-- hasan by al-Albaani).
And imagine the reward for all this? Nothing but Jannah.
Also, the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) encouraged us to go for Hajj as quickly as we can and fulfill this duty and not delay it.
He (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:
“Hasten to do Hajj – meaning the obligatory Hajj – for none of you knows what will happen to him.” (Ahmad- hasan by al-Albaani)
So hasten to the maghfirah of your Lord...rush to seek His Bounty, His Mercy, His Pleasure.... and race to a Jannah whose width is as wide as the heavens and the earth. For you never know what is in store for us. We are alive today but we may not be here tomorrow. We might be healthy today, but we be sick tomorrow.
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:
“Take benefit of five before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your sickness, your wealth before your poverty, your free-time before your preoccupation, and your life before your death.”(Hakim-saheeh)
Have you ever thought what it is like to pray in al-Haram...with the Kaabah right in front of your very eyes? This is where the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) sat, walked, prayed. This where the Sahabah were. What a magnificent place to be in! And you can multiply your good deeds there. And Tawaaf and Saaee cannot be done anywhere in the world except here.
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "One prayer in al-Masjid al-Haraam is better than one hundred thousand prayers anywhere else.” (Ibn Maajah, Ahmad, Saheeh)
Hajj is the perfection of faith and true surrender to the Almighty. It is a reminder of the purpose of life and mans ultimate end. It is a stage in which you can develop yourself spiritually. It is a time when you forget your home, your comfort, your families...your wealth, your friends, relatives and everything you possess, purely for the sake of Allaah. It is the time when you train yourself for absolute and complete surrender to the Divine Command of the Almighty. It is a perfect chance to earn Jannah.
So surely, that trip to Disney Land can wait, that house can be bought next year, that vacation can be postponed.
Make the intention for hajj now. And dont just make the intention. Do something about it. Ask your boss for time off for Hajj. Work out your finances and other arrangements. And make lots of dua to Almighty. Surely He will make a way out for you if you are sincere. And even if you have been for hajj some years ago, go ahead and repeat your Hajj.
Because the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:
“Keep on doing Hajj and Umrah, for they eliminate poverty and sin...." (Tirmidhi)
So plan for Hajj today. Dont delay it any further. There is still time for you to make it this year.
Go for Hajj to earn the pleasure of your Lord, and come back with all your sins forgiven.
"Race one with another in hastening towards Forgiveness from your Lord, and towards Paradise, the width whereof is as the width of heaven and earth, prepared for those who believe in Allaah and His Messengers. That is the Grace of Allaah which He bestows on whom He pleases. And Allaah is the Owner of Great Bounty." (Surah Hadeed:21)
Note: "The definition of being able to go for Hajj is: a person should be physically healthy; he should have the means of traveling to the Sacred House of Allaah by plane, car or riding-beast, or have the money to pay for transportation; and he should have sufficient provision (food) for the journey there and back. This should be over and above what he needs to cover the costs of expenses for those whom he is obliged to spend on until he comes back from his Hajj." (Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daaimah)
In case of debt: "Whoever owes a debt and is being asked to repay it in the sense that his creditors will not let him go for Hajj until after he has paid off the debt should not go for Hajj, because he is not able to. But if they are not asking him to repay and he knows that they dont mind, then he may go for Hajj and his Hajj will be valid. It is also permissible to go for Hajj if there is no set time limit for repayment of the debt and he is allowed to repay when it is easy for him. Hajj may be a good thing that may lead to his paying off the debt." (Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daaimah)

A Place Inhabited by the Jinn
PostAuthorIconWritten by Bintussabeel | PDF Print E-mail
toiletrolOne of the fatal consequences of leaving the guidance of the Prophet [sallallahu a’lyhi wa sallam] is that we find people facing many problems which are metaphysical and which many a time result in bringing about severe and tragic physical consequences. One such problem is the problem of jinn-possession and black magic. Although this is a matter encompassing various dimensions, in this article I wish to highlight one of the places inhabited by the jinn with the hope of bringing about awareness and precaution for which there is a dire need. Indeed Allah is the One from Whom help is sought.
For many, the Islaamic etiquettes pertaining to the lavatory may seem trivial and of little consequence if neglected. In fact, such heedlessness could result in fatal consequences as the lavatory is a place inhabited by the jinns and a Muslim should not go into this demonic habitation unarmed and unprotected. A sister has given me her kind permission to share with all of you how she was possessed by a jinn:
She says that it started with her seeing a woman who looked just like her [the difference being that her hair was untidy and puffed-up], sitting on the kitchen surface staring at her whilst she was in her kitchen. The strangest thing is that this sister didn’t tell anyone about what she saw, since she herself was possessed and therefore the abnormal for her became the norm. Strange occurrences began and she started losing herself as the days continued to pass. In her lavatory she would often see stains of blood, this was surprising to her since no one was in her home nor had anyone been injured or hurt etc, so where on earth was this blood coming from? Her worries increased and her condition continued to worsen. In fact, many people witness blood in their bathrooms, for example, another family saw recurring blood on their bathroom window…
Let’s turn to the words of Allah [azza wa jall] and al Mustafaa, Muhammad [sallallahu a’lyhi wa sallam] for an answer and to relieve such fearful hearts from their confusion.
Allah [azza wa jall] says:
“Verily, he [shaytaan] and Qabeeluhu (his soldiers from the jinn or his tribe) see you from where you cannot see them.” [Qur’aan: 7:27]
This verse of the Qur’aan clearly elucidates a dimension of this temporal and transient abode which many are sadly ignorant and unaware of. Yes, there is a creation that sees us, yet in ordinary circumstance we do not see them.
This verse and the hadeeth quoted are an evident and sufficient proof that
1. The jinn can see us, even if under normal circumstances we can’t see them.
2. They inhabit places in which humans relieve themselves.
Muhtadirah
‘Certainly these toilets are visited by the jinn.’ [Abu Dawood [6] and Ibn Maajah [296]]
In this hadeeth the term ‘Hushoosh’ refers to toilets and the term ‘Muhtadharah’ means that they are haunted and therefore inhabited by the jinn. The Prophet [sallallahu a’lyhi wa sallam] very clearly and emphatically has described for us the reality of the lavatories we regularly visit. The scholars say that the reason why devils frequent such places where humans relieve themselves is to do them harm. That is why it is not befitting for a person to stay in the place in which he relieves himself more than the time needed; since this is a place one should exercise caution as satan loves places which are filthy and dirty. The lavatory is not visited by the angels because the angels run away from places where the evil jinns are present, just like the evil jinns run away from pure places where the angels are present. As a matter of fact, staying in the lavatory without need brings about waswaas [satanic whispers] and suspicion [in the deen]. Therefore a person may be struck and inflicted with a type of matter, the end of which is not praised.
This does not mean that a person runs away from such places, or stops going to answer the call of nature! Without a doubt, it is a blessing from Allah, that we are able to find a hidden and decent place to relieve ourselves, and to be able to hide our awrah [private parts] from the eyes of others. Keeping that in mind it is of utmost importance that we do not forget about the on-lookers, who may be watching you as the minutes fly by. Sadly, the magazines and newspapers present next to the toilet seat, or on the toilet’s window ledge, tell a story of ignorance or even worse, purposeful negligence. In fact, they act as red lights flashing the signal of a possibility of imminent danger which can threaten the peace of mind and sanity of those who spend unneeded procrastinated periods of time in the toilet. If they knew what was watching them, I’m sure they would find a more suitable place to read their monthly magazines.
The following are some etiquettes pertaining to the usage of the lavatory:
1. Enter the toilet with the left foot first. Ibn Hajar in Fathul Baaree says that "…it may be understood by some by the Prophet's love of beginning good and pure things with the right hand/side that this (entering the toilet) falls into the opposite category.”
2. Say the Basmalah [i.e. Bismillah] before entering the toilet. The Prophet [sallallahu a’lyhi wa sallam] said: "To put a barrier that will prevent the jinn from seeing the 'awrah of the sons of Aadam, let any one of you say 'Bismillaah' when entering the toilet." [Reported by al-Tirmidhi, 551; Saheeh al-Jaami', 3611] and also: Al-Tirmidhi (no. 606) narrated from ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “A screen will be placed between the eyes of the jinn and the ‘awrah of the sons of Adam when one of them enters the toilet, if he says ‘Bismillaah (in the name of Allaah).” [Al-Tirmidhi (no. 606].
3. Read the following du’a:
Allahumma innie aoozubika min-al khubisi w-al khabaisi
In the Name of Allaah; my 'ilãh I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (shayateen, which is the plural for shaytan).
[Narrated by Anas bin Maalik and collected in Saheeh al-Bukharee (Volume 1, Book 4, Number 144) and Saheeh Muslim (Book 003, Number 729).]
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:
“The benefit of saying Bismillaah is that it conceals a person. The benefit of seeking refuge with Allaah is that one is turning to Allaah from evil and from the male and female devils, for this place is filthy (khabeeth) and a filthy place is the abode of those who are evil (khubatha’). So it is the abode of the devils. Thus it is appropriate if one wants to enter the toilet to say “A’oodhu Billaah min al-khubthi wa’l-khabaa’ith (I seek refuge with Allaah from evil and from the male and female devils)” so that he will not be harmed by evil or by the evil souls.” [Al-Sharh al-Mumti’, 1/83.]
So, maybe it’s time to listen to the ipod in another place...

Everything Prostrates Allah (Subhan'Allah)
[13.Surah Ar-Ra'd : Ayah 15]
And whoever is in the heavens and the earth makes obeisance to Allah only, willingly and unwillingly, and their shadows too at morn and eve. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[22.Surah Al-Hajj : Ayah 18]
Do you not see that Allah is He, Whom obeys whoever is in the heavens and whoever is in the earth, and the sun and the moon and the stars, and the mountains and the trees, and the animals and many of the people; and many there are against whom chastisement has become necessary; and whomsoever Allah abases, there is none who can make him honorable; surely Allah does what He pleases. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[16.Surah An-Nahl : Ayah 48]
Do they not consider every thing that Allah has created? Its (very) shadows return from right and left, making obeisance to Allah while they are in utter abasement.
[16.Surah An-Nahl : Ayah 49]
And whatever creature that is in the heavens and that is in the earth makes obeisance to Allah (only), and the angels (too) and they do not show pride.
[16.Surah An-Nahl : Ayah 50]
They fear their Lord above them and do what they are commanded.
[7.Surah Al-A'raf : Ayah 206]
Surely those who are with your Lord are not too proud to serve Him, and they declare His glory and throw themselves down in humility before Him. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[22.Surah Al-Hajj : Ayah 77]
O you who believe! bow down and prostrate yourselves and serve your Lord, and do good that you may succeed. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[53.Surah An-Najm : Ayah 62]
Rather prostrate yourselves before Allah and serve Him. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[19.Surah Maryam : Ayah 58]
These are they on whom Allah bestowed favors, from among the prophets of the seed of Adam, and of those whom We carried with Nuh, and of the seed of Ibrahim and Israel, and of those whom We guided and chose; when the communications of the Beneficent God were recited to them, they fell down making obeisance and weeping. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[25.Surah Al-Furqan : Ayah 60]
And when it is said to them: Make obeisance to the Beneficent God, they say: And what is the God of beneficence? Shall we make obeisance to what you bid us? And it adds to their aversion. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[27.Surah An-Naml : Ayah 25]
That they do not make obeisance to Allah, Who brings forth what is hidden in the heavens and the earth and knows what you hide and what you make manifest.
[32.Surah As-Sajda : Ayah 15]
Only they believe in Our communications who, when they are reminded of them, fall down making obeisance and celebrate the praise of their Lord, and they are not proud. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[41.Surah Hamim-Sajda : Ayah 37]
Do not make obeisance to the sun nor to the moon; and make obeisance to Allah Who created them, if Him it is that you serve.
[2.Surah Al-Baqarah : Ayah 112]
"Yes! whoever submits himself entirely to Allah and he is the doer of good (to others) he has his reward from his Lord, and there is no fear for him nor shall he grieve."
[17.Surah Bani Israel : Ayah 107-109]
Say: Believe in it or believe not; surely those who are given the knowledge before it fall down on their faces, making obeisance when it is recited to them.
[17.Surah Bani Israel : Ayah 108]
And they say: Glory be to our Lord! most surely the promise of our Lord was to be fulfilled.
[17.Surah Bani Israel : Ayah 109]
And they fall down on their faces weeping, and it adds to their humility. (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[84.Surah Al-Inshiqaq : Ayah 21]
And when the Quran is recited to them they do not make obeisance? (Ayat-e-Sajda)
[96.Surah Al-'Alaq : Ayah 19]
Make obeisance and draw nigh (to Allah). (Ayat-e-Sajda)

Who did Jesus cry out to? |

In the "who made the decision" thread, the point was raised about what Jesus said while on the cross. I wanted to take a closer look at this subject.
Some Muslims will say Yeshua (Jesus) called out to Elah (Allah) when he was about to experience death, and my answer to them is you are correct he did call out to "the God", but let’s explore the meaning of Elah to get the full interpretation.
In the context of [Mark15: 34] Yeshua (Jesus) uttered, ““E-lo’-i, E-lo’-i, la’ma sa-bach’-tha-ni. In that verse, [E-lo-i] is (Elói) a Greek transliteration from the Aramaic Elah (Noun: Vocative Singular Masculine).
[Mark15: 34] Original Greek text
καὶ τῇ ἐνάτῃ ὥρᾳ ἐβόησεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς φωνῇ μεγάλῃ· (ἐλωι) ἐλωι λαμα σαβαχθανι; ὅ ἐστιν μεθερμηνευόμενο ν· ὁ θεός μου ὁ θεός μου, εἰς τί ἐγκατέλιπες με;
Elói (1682) transliterated from Aramaic Elah (424), which is a variant of Allah (427), and also correspond to Hebrew Elahh (426), which is in direct relations to the Hebrew feminine Eloah (433), thus given way to the plural form elohiym (430 Elohim), and short form El (410). Pinpointing all of the various forms of Elah is important because it allows the reader to draw a conclusive conclusion to the exact meaning, by getting to the root, which is the foundation of any word. With that said, Ayil (252) is the root word, which means a Chief, mighty man, or anything strong. Let me add, elohiym (430 Elohim) is a sole root word, but it is plural to Eloah (433) from El (410), and thus Ayil is the foundation.
We can definitely draw the conclusion (E-lo-i) is accurately interpreted God in [Mark15: 34], which is a word that represent Chief, strength, or mighty, but (God) is only a title. That is why it is written, [1 Corinthians 8:5] For though there be that are called gods, whether in HEAVEN or in EARTH, (as there be gods many, and lords many).
Now, to find out the Proper name of the Chief God that Yeshua (Jesus) said had forsaken him [Mark15: 34] we must cross-reference to the original fragment that correlates to [Mark15: 34a], which links to [Psalms 22:1], the same God David called upon in [Psalms 22:1], “MY God, MY God, why hast thou forsaken me…which is YHWH.
[Psalms 22:1] 1My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
Behind every name is a (root word), which depicts the Authority, Power, Character, Mission, etc, of a person, especially in biblical times. With that said, the root of (י ה ו ה) YHWH is Hayah, which mean, “To exist” evolving to future tense, “To be;” the root of the Father’s name is letting all know, that he self-exist and is continuously evolving, even into the present state “To be”, that is why he uttered, “…BEFORE me there was no God formed, neither shall there be AFTER me (Isaiah 43:10).
YHWH also uttered to Mōsheh (Moses), and instructed him to tell the children of Israel, his name is YHWH FOREVER... [Exodus 3:15]
15And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, YHWH God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: THIS IS MY NAME FOR EVER, and this is MY MEMORIAL UNTO ALL GENERATIONS.
(Disclaimer: Everytime you see the LORD or GOD in all caps the name YHWH was replaced with those titles.)
Now, lets move on to another very important name, which further explains the Father’s name, י ה ו ש ו ע [yod-he-waw-shin-waw-`ayin] Yehoshua, notice how YHWH is consistent in the name, but look carefully at Yehoshua (Jesus), it is slightly different; why you ask? Because it has attached to it an addition clause, which is yod-shin-‘ayin (י ש ע) from the (root word) YASHA (3467) meaning TO SAVE [Matthew 1:21].

Bismillah: Assalamo Alikum
------------------------------------
SUNDAY, Oct. 18 (HealthDay News) -- Just about every month -- if not every week -- a new study emerges touting the health benefits to be gained from a daily glass of wine or a pint of dark beer.
The benefits related to cardiovascular health have become well-known. A study released in mid-July, for instance, found that moderate alcohol consumption reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease in women by increasing the amount of "good" cholesterol in the bloodstream and reducing blood sugar levels.
But other studies have linked a daily drink, most often wine, to reduced risk of dementia, bone loss and physical disabilities related to old age. Wine also has been found to increase life expectancy and provide potential protection against some forms of cancer, including esophageal cancer and lymphoma.
But don't invest in that case of Pinot noir just yet.
<b>Experts with the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association say that though these studies do show some benefits to moderate drinking, the health risks from alcohol consumption far outweigh the potential rewards
.</b>
(<b>They ask you concerning wine and gambling. Say: "In them is great sin, and some profit for men; but the sin is greater than the profit."...
</b>Qur'an 2:219)
<b>Drinking any alcohol at all is known to increase your risk for contracting a number of types of cancer</b>, said Susan Gapstur, vice president of epidemiology for the American Cancer Society. <b>These include cancers of the mouth, pharynx, larynx, esophagus, liver, colon/rectum and breast.</b>
"At the end of the day, if you are at very high risk for cancer, you might want to limit your alcohol consumption even further," Gapstur said. "It's a lifestyle modification you can make, and we don't have as many lifestyle modifications for preventing cancer as we do for coronary heart disease."
<b>There also are other health risks from moderate drinking, including liver damage and accidents caused by impaired reflexes</b>, said Dr. Jennifer Mieres, director of nuclear cardiology at the New York University School of Medicine and an American Heart Association spokeswoman.
The health benefits from drinking generally are related to the antioxidants and anti-inflammatories found in red wines and dark beers, Mieres said, but those substances can be found in a number of different fruits and vegetables.
<b>"When it comes to disease prevention, you're better off changing your diet to include fruits and vegetables and get your antioxidants and anti-inflammatories from natural sources,"</b> she said.
For example, people can get resveratrol -- the antioxidant found in red wine that's believed to provide most of the drink's health benefits -- from drinking grape juice just as well as from drinking wine, Mieres said.
<b>"For people that don't drink, not drinking is important," </b>Mieres said. "You can get the same benefits of drinking from leading a heart-healthy lifestyle. To me, it's not worth the risk to start drinking. But for people who enjoy a glass of red wine or enjoy drinking, the key is to stick to the definition of moderation," she said.
Moderate drinking is defined as one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men. What counts as one drink are:
12 ounces of regular beer or wine cooler
8 ounces of malt liquor
5 ounces of wine
1.5 ounces of 80-proof distilled spirits or liquor
Drinking anything more than that on a daily basis is known to lead to a host of health problems that can reduce your life expectancy, Mieres and Gapstur said.
"I think the take-home message is, if you don't drink, don't start to help protect yourself from coronary heart disease because there are so many other things you can do," Gapstur said. "If you already drink, you might want to limit your consumption."
Though the studies touting the positive health effects of alcohol are scientifically accurate, they also appear to play into people's desires for quick fixes to complex problems, Mieres said.
"To prevent heart disease, 50 percent of the work has to come from you," she said. "<b>Prevention is a big piece, and you have to be accountable.</b><b> You have to make lifestyle changes, and that's very tough to do</b>. People look for easy ways to get heart-healthy benefits, and drinking is an easy way to do that. It's a known human tendency: Let's find an easy way out that doesn't involve a lot of thought or work."
(Allah says more than 1400 years ago... <b>'O you who believe! Intoxicants and gambling, (dedication of) stones, and (divination by) arrows, are an abomination of Satan's handiwork: eschew such (abomination), that you may prosper.' </b>
Qur'an 5:90-91)
