‘May Allah bless and make fortunate that man who hears a hadeeth from us (i.e., from the Prophet (saw)) and then he conveys that hadeeth just as he heard it, for there are many who will receive the hadeeth after him who are more preserving and understanding of the hadeeth than the one who heard it himself the first time.’ [Tirmidhi]
On Friday 3rd March 2006, Shaykh Abu Yusuf Riyadh ul Haq will begin commentary of 'The Book of Fear' from the Abridged Saheeh al-Bukhari (al Tajrid al Sarih) insha'Allah. The previous book, 'The Book of Jumuah' was completed on Friday 24th Febraury 2006.
About al Tajrid al Sarih
For the first time ever in the English language, Shaykh Abu Yusuf Riyadh ul Haq delivers serialised and detailed commentaries on al Tajrid al Sarih, the abridged Saheeh al Bukhari, which is a comprehensive coverage of the blessed Sunnah of the greatest benefactor of mankind. Saheeh al Bukhari which is widely regarded as being the most authentic book after the Book of Allah. The Saheeh of Imam Bukhari, comprising of approximately 4,400 different narrations, selected from an original collection of 600,000 and is considered the pinnacle of the science of hadeeth. Each hadeeth will be covered at length and an explanation given of the great wisdom behind how and why it was selected for inclusion in the Saheeh, along with its relevance to the chapter heading. Derived rulings as well as the context and circumstances surrounding the individual hadeeth will also be discussed. Most importantly, lessons will be drawn that aid the listener to practically implement the words of the Prophet (saw) in his or her life.
Who was Imam Bukhari?
Imam Muhammad bin Ismaeel al Bukhari (194-254 Hijri) was born in Bukhara, modern day Uzbekistan. He saw a dream in his youth in which he was fanning the air and removing the dust and flies whilst seated in front of the noble Prophet (saw). This was an early indication of the glorious future Allah had planned for him. Upon interpretation, he was told that he would be instrumental in removing falsehood from the ahadeeth of the noble Prophet (saw). He is undoubtedly the greatest ever Imam of hadeeth with over 90,000 students who have studied the Jami al Saheeh directly from him and over 130 commentaries of his work having been completed.
We request that you come yourselves and bring others also to learn the words of the Holy Prophet (saw). Saheeh al Bukhari is usually taught to those studying in Islamic Institutions in their final year of study, but Alhamdulillah we are getting this opportunity without any effort on our part. In the past the Great Scholars of hadeeth used to travel for hundreds of miles for the sake of one hadeeth and yet we are getting this opportunity without all this hard work and effort. Let us not let this great opportunity go to waste. The Prophet (saw) has said: ‘Whosoever guides towards a goodness, will get virtues equal to the one who performs that goodness.’ [Muslim]

Sun Will Rise From The West One Day..!!!
(Scientific Proof)
As the strong belief of we muslims is that when the sun will rise from west rather than east, that time will be the biggest identity of The Day Of Judgement (Qayamah). And the door of Forgiveness will be closed on that day.
The science of astronomy states that the speed of planet Mars has been decreasing in its course towards the eastern direction in the few past weeks to the level we notice the "waver" between the east and the west..and on Wednesday the 30th of July the planet movement stopped going toward the eastern direction..!!!
Then in the months of August and September...Mars changed its course in the opposite direction to the West- and that until the end of September..which means the sun will rise now from the west on Mars!!
And this weird phenomena of the opposite movement called "Retrograde Motion" Most scientist state that all the planets will go through the same once at least and our planet Earth is one of them.
Planet Earth will move in the opposite direction some day and the sun will rise from the west!!
This might occur soon and we are unaware when it'll happen.
Our beloved messenger Mohammad Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasallam said: "One of the signs of the hour..the sun will rise from the west, where no longer tauba (forgiveness) will be granted" !!
And the strange thing..most of our Shariah scholars mentioned that the rise of the sun from the west occurs only once..on that day..the sun will rise from the west..then again from the east..and continues until Allah wishes..and this is similar to what is happening to Mars..it stops, then it changes its course of direction for a short period of time..then returns to way once it was.
Abu Hurayra(R.A.) narrated..that the Messenger of Allah Subahna'uwaTa'ala said :" The day of the hour will not come until the sun rises from the west, if it rises and the people saw it they will all believe, when a time where nothing will be accepted anymore of believe the truth" [Abu Bukhari,Muslim]
From Abu Hurayra (R.A.) that the Hazrat Mohammad Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasllam said: "Start with the six actions(he mentioned) the sun rising from the west[Muslim]
And Abdullah Bin Amro (R.A.) said: "I memorized from the Messenger Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasallam a hadith I will never forget..I heard the messenger of Allah Subhanau WaTa'ala say:
The first aya to come the rise of the sun from the west[Ahmad]
And the Messenger Sallallahu Aleyhe Wa'alahi Wasallam said: "Allah Subhanau WaTa'ala places His hand at night to forgive his morning sinners, and places in the morning to forgive his night sinners until the sun rises from the west" [Muslim]
This piece of news is very important as it brings with it a great sign of warning and remembrance of the coming of a new WORLD - the world of the Hereafter And it is also good material for calling others to ALLAH Subhana'uwaTa'ala.
Whether for muslims, the unwary of us or the kufar. When we show this hadith that was told 1400 years ago about this miracle you will see !!!!
InshaALLAH, a lot will enter this beautiful religion...And the muslims if they see this phenomena happening in Mars..who knows maybe it would bring them closer to our CREATOR.
May Allah Subhanau WaTa'ala keep all of us in the Right path and provide us with success in this world as well as in the hereafter.

Surprising true Story....
There was once a man who was an enemy to Islam. He had three famous questions that no person could answer. No Islamic scholar in Baghdad could answer his three questions...thus he made fun of Islam in public. He constantly ridiculed Islam and the Muslims.
One day a small boy, whose age was 10, came along and heard the man yelling and screaming at Muslims in the street. He was challenging people openly to answer the three questions. The boy stood quietly and watched. He then decided that he would challenge the man. He walked up and told the man,
"I will accept your challenge".
The man laughed at the boy and ridiculed the Muslims even more by saying, "A ten year old boy challenges me. Is this all you people have to offer!"
But the boy patiently reiterated his stance. He would challenge the man, and with Allah`s help and guidance, he would put this to an end. The man finally accepted.
The entire city gathered around a small "hill" where open addresses were usually made. The man climbed to the top, and in a loud voice asked his first question.
"What is your God doing right now?"
The small boy thought for a little while and then told the man to climb down the hill and to allow him to go up in order to address the question.
The man says "What? You want me to come down?"
The boy says, "Yes. I need to reply, right?"
The man made his way down and the small boy, age 10, with his little feet made his way up.
This small child’s reply was "Oh Allah Almighty! You be my witness in front of all these people. You have just willed that a Kafir be brought down to a low level, and that a Muslim be brought to a high level!"
The crowd cheered and screamed "Takbir"...."Allah-hu-akbar!!!"
The man was humiliated, but he boldly asked his Second question...
"What existed before your God"?
The small child thought and thought.
Then he asked the man to count backwards. "Count from 10 backwards."
The man counted..."10, 9 , 8 , 7 , 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,0"
The boy asked, "What comes before 0 ?”
The man: "I don’t know...nothing."
The boy: "Exactly. Nothing was before Allah, for He is eternal and absolute."
The crowd cheered again...."Takbir!"...."Allah-hu-akbar!!!!"
The man, now completely frustrated, asked his final question.
"In which direction is your Allah facing?"
The boy thought and thought.
He then asked for a candle. A candle was brought to him. The blessed child handed it to the man and asked him to light it.
The man did so and remarked, "What is this supposed to prove?"
The young boy asked, "In which direction is light from the candle going?"
The man responded, "It is going in all directions."
The boy: "You have answered your own question. Allah`s light (noor) goes in all directions. He is everywhere. There is no where that He cannot be found.
"The crowd cheered again...."Takbir!"...."Allah-hu-akbar!!!"
The man was so impressed and so moved by the boy’s knowledge and spirituality, that he embraced Islam and became a student of the young boy.
So ended the debate.
Who was the young boy?
The young boy was one of our leaders and one of the greatest scholars, Imam Abu Hanîfa (May ALLAH bless him). [Aameen]

I've never before seen the word "Bismillah", but seeing it on here I've realised its actually used in the Queen song "Bohemian Rhapsody". I've never been able to work out what they actually sang at that part. I thought it sounded like"Vismilla" or even "This miller" :) at one point.
So what does Bismillah actually mean?

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah said, "A strong believer is better and dearer to Allah than a weak one, and both are good. Adhere to that which is beneficial for you. Keep asking Allah for help and do not refrain from it. If you are afflicted in any way, do not say: `If I had taken this or that step, it would have resulted into such and such,' but say only: `Allah so determined and did as He willed.' The word `if' opens the gates of satanic thoughts".

As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah....
Many of you here know me well 2years on this forum.... and after my long absence there may be alot of those who dont know me at all.... but hey everyone... I'm back...
before i give you the news lemme give u a lil insight into the impact this forum has had on me.. ok..
I started here about 2 years ago actually looking to promote my own site www.naseeha.com and i went to alot of muslim forums and found that the muslims are alot more hostile than i counted for.... Islammessage was the only one that was forthcoming in welcoming me... the attitude i got from other forums left ALOT to be desired.... i was disappointed. But when i saw this forum i thought.... lemme check more into this and see....
Little did i know that the impact that this had on me would be AMAZING......
Since then.. i have learnt alot about islam and met some great friends and acquaintences..
I have seen anyabwile accept islam
i have seen john doe continuously post his views here.
i have seen how some one (i think it's dan not sure though) person always seems to shed light on topics that could have otherwise gone bad... somehow that person always seems to change the topic... HAHAHAHHA gotta love him.....
i have seen disputes among brothers and sisters...
i have seen them resolve...
i have seen non muslims ask about islam and gotten answers that were changing to them...
and i have seen many more....
but most of all.... i have experienced great brotherhood, forged from aqeedah and tawheed. from the bond that joins us as muslims...
i have gained the love of those who i see now as my Umm (only the islammessageaholics will know who i am speaking about)
and for all of these things i am Eternally grateful.....
now one of your own is moving on.... yes... brother naseeha is making the next step in life....
Now here's the good news... I'M GETTING MARRIED YAAAAYYYYY

the bride is none other than one of our members..... Khadeeja... who spent some time with us... here on the forum

Hey everyone....
for those who know me let me give salaams from my long slumber...
anyways i have a request...
I have been doing some research on tawheed and found that there are three types of tawheed:
<ol type="1">
[*]Tawheed rububiyyah: belieiving in allah as your lord
[*]Tawheed Uluhiyyah: believing in allah as the one to be worshipped
[*]Tawheed Asma wa sifa: belief in allah's names and attributes
</ol>
these can be further grouped according to words and actions.... therefore Tawheed rububiyyah and Asma wa sifa can be seen as having tawheed of knowledge where you must know allah as your lord and know of his names and attributes.
and tawheed uluhiyyah where you actually worship allah is seen as tawheed of actions.
It follows therefore that we must have knowledge of allah .... his majesty and his amazing attributes..
in my country many books are available on this topic but they do not provide the explanations of these names with any proof from quran and sunnah....
what my request is... is for anyone who has a reliable book on the topic of allah's names and attributes... WITH TAFSEER OF THEM GIVING PROOFS FROM THE QURAN AND SUNNAH....

or if it is one that you have and can lend or give.. i can furnish my name and address...
