Are the 70,000 Pentagon Mercs in Iraq killing Shias, Sunnis?
Posted by: Deen - 11-30-2006, 12:44 PM - Forum: Current Affairs - Replies (4)

http://www.aljazeera.com/cgi-bin/re...ervice_ID=12592

The kidnapping of four American security contractors earlier this month in Iraq revived allegations that U.S. private security companies are involved in the current bloodshed in Iraq. Iraq war is not just fought by occupation armies and resistance fighters- private firms, consisting of gun-wielding ex-soldiers, are also involved.

Could some of the Pentagon’s hired Mercenaries be the real perpetrators of the daily bombings and assassinations of Sunnis and Shias in Iraq?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJQMsBDQj2U...related&search=

Is the current disaster taking place in the war-torn country part of a wider plot to provoke a U.S./Israeli planned civil war that will dismember Iraq?

That is what’s being said in Young Pelton’s upcoming book “Licensed To Kill: Hired Guns in the War on Terror”

Pelton, a journalist, filmmaker, and explorer who authored The World's Most Dangerous Places, Come Back Alive, The Adventurist, and Three Worlds Gone Mad, suggests that there are more than 70,000 armed men working as security contractors in Iraq to back the U.S. military as the U.S. begins to draw down troops.

What backs Pelton’s revelations and shocking facts he discovered about the world of military contractors is what Nick Bicanic and Jason Bourque uncover in their “Shadow Company” documentary that unveils the origins and destinations of these modern-day guns for hire.

Who are these security contractors? What do they do? Why do they do it? Bicanic’s documentary answers these questions.

Shadow Company highlights the danger of allowing profit-motivated firms to get into the business of war.

Those individuals, those modern-day mercenaries, are changing the face of modern warfare while their world has remained mystery to those at home.

The U.S. believes in using private sector in all facets of its so-called "War on Terror"; resorting to contractors to back its military, giving them a license to kill- their services available to the highest bidder.

Afghanistan - <i>Holy Warriors™</i> disembowel a man because he dared to educate little girls.

EYUP, the rampant abuse of human rights, religious intolerance, violent ideologically inspired terror, economic stagnation, illiteracy, gender apartheid and a legacy of hate are all courtesy of a corrupt totalitarian regime that is supported and protected by the Arab/Moslem world
.

Quote:The gunmen came at night to drag Mohammed Halim away from his home, in front of his crying children and his wife begging for mercy.
The 46-year-old schoolteacher tried to reassure his family that he would return safely. But his life was over, he was part-disembowelled and then torn apart with his arms and legs tied to motorbikes, the remains put on display as a warning to others against defying Taliban orders to stop educating girls.

Mr Halim was one of four teachers killed in rapid succession by the Islamists at Ghazni, a strategic point on the routes from Kabul to the south and east which has become the scene of fierce clashes between the Taliban and US and Afghan forces. ...

Fatima Mushtaq, the director of education at Ghazni, has had repeated death threats, the notorious "night letters". Her gender, as well as her refusal to send girls home from school, has made her a particular source of hatred for Islamist zealots.

"I think they killed him that way to frighten us, otherwise why make a man suffer so much? Mohammed Halim and his family were good friends of ours and we are very, very upset by what has happened. He came to me when the threats first began and asked what he should do. I told him to move somewhere safe. I think he was trying to arrange that when they came and took him," she said.

Just when you think that these vicious barbarians can't do anything more depraved and revolting, they do.

The Jihad In Iraq is Making Money
Posted by: Ruggedtouch - 11-28-2006, 02:19 AM - Forum: Discussion of Beliefs - Replies (1)

Here’s some interesting news, .............. The N.Y. Times is reporting that the <i>peaceful inner struggle</i>™ in Iraq is reaping the jihad rewards of money (in addition to those storied rewards of virgins and carnal pleasures), for murder and mayhem
through crime, zakat (Muslim charity), and infidel ransom money.

Quote:BAGHDAD, Nov. 25 — The insurgency in Iraq is now self-sustaining financially, raising tens of millions of dollars a year from oil smuggling, kidnapping, counterfeiting, connivance by corrupt Islamic charities and other crimes that the Iraqi government and its American patrons have been largely unable to prevent, a classified United States government report has concluded.
The report, obtained by The New York Times, estimates that groups responsible for many insurgent and terrorist attacks are raising $70 million to $200 million a year from illegal activities. It says $25 million to $100 million of that comes from oil smuggling and other criminal activity involving the state-owned oil industry, aided by “corrupt and complicit” Iraqi officials.

As much as $36 million a year comes from ransoms paid for hundreds of kidnap victims, the report says. It estimates that unnamed foreign governments — previously identified by American officials as including France and Italy — paid $30 million in ransom last year.

Let’s not overlook opportunity, here. A listing on the NASDAQ seems to be in order. Jihad, crime and other sundry activities as a growth business.

Praise be to Allaah.

May Allaah reward you for your great efforts to call your brothers to Allaah and advise and remind them by means of these brief Islamic quotations. There follows a list of some wise sayings and general rules, taken from the Qur’aan, Sunnah and words of Muslim wise men. Translations of the meanings of quotations from the Qur’aan appear in italics, quotations from saheeh ahaadeeth appear in quotation marks (“”) and other quotations appear without any such marks.

And whenever you give your word, say the truth [al-An’aam 6:152]

  Holy Warrior™ Kills 15, wounds 24
Posted by: Ruggedtouch - 11-26-2006, 03:59 PM - Forum: Discussion of Beliefs - Replies (8)

The purveyors of misery and death once again show their utter contempt for hope, progress, and cooperation: Holy Warrior™ Kills 15, wounds 24
.

In keeping with the long established ideological tradition of mass murder/suicide as a means to promote a religious perspective, an Islamic holy warrior™ has yet again murdered innocent civilians as a by-product of spreading hate and intolerance.

Ah well, I’m sure the unintended victims (who had no say in the matter), and their families are better off for this. After all, being immolated in a brilliant flash of orange while being shredded by red hot shrapnel flying through the air at high speed brings glory and favors in the eye of ones deity.

Quote:By ALISA TANG, Associated Press Writer 2 hours, 45 minutes ago
KABUL, Afghanistan - A suicide bomber blew himself up at a restaurant in southeastern Afghanistan on Sunday, killing 15 people and wounding 24 — including an Afghan special forces commander and a district chief who were apparently targeted for the attack.

The restaurant, in southeast Paktika province, was destroyed, said provincial governor Mohammad Akram Akhpelwak.

Akhpelwak said the attacker, who was Pakistani, (<i>lest anyone forget that Pakistan is our key ally in the war on terror™ -ed)</i> was believed to be targeting the special forces commander and the district chief, who were at the restaurant and were among the injured.

NATO has said that as of mid-November 97 suicide attacks this year have killed 217 people.

Yes, because as anyone knows, a loving beneficent Deity invites His faithful home through acts of insensate hatred and savage violence.

Dear brothers and sisters,

<i>assalamu `alaykum wa-rahmatullahi wa-barakatuhu</i>

Most of u may not have heard of me for a long time. That is because I have been heavily occupied with several projects, of which there is one in particular that I would like to call to your attention in this topic. This project which I am very happy and excited to announce is the beginning of a traditional publishing house and the upcoming release of several outstanding books that will be translated into English the coming year, insha'allah.

<b>Sunni Publications</b> is the international department of the first Dutch Traditional Sunni publishing house, which is located in the Netherlands, Europe and part of Sunni.nl, a Dutch-English portal to Islam according to the Sunnah of the Prophet `alayhi salatu wa-salam, his Companions radiallahu `anhum, and all those great scholars that followed in their footsteps during the era of the Salaf and the Khalaf. Our publishing house has a clear aim, which is to release high-quality English translations of Arabic works that are written by leading contemporary and historical scholars which affirm the traditional approach, clarify misconceptions and offer practical solutions to contemporary problems. Our philosophy is to provide the best of that what is most needed in literature to practising Muslims and beginning students of Islam. We hope that you all realize the importance of this project, and that you are willing to stand by us for in the best ways that you can. Insha'allah, we can achieve much together. This project as an initiative of the people, brothers and sisters that share our concerns and ideals, instead of depending on anyone that may have their own agenda. Unlike many other publishing houses, profit is fortunately not our primary concern.

If you can help us out financially or in any other way, please do not hesitate to contact me by sending me an email through <b>sunnipublications@sunni.nl</b>. If you know others that can help, inform them of our project by linking them to us, to this post or discussing our project with them. Please spread the word to anyone you know, so that we may be better known and can improve the fundament for achieving our goals, insha'allah. If you would like to help us financially, help in any of the other mentioned ways or have tips for us on how to improve, or on books that you find important to be translated, or have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. We are counting on you brothers and sisters, and to Allah subhanahu wa-ta`ala belongs all success.

Finally: I would like to ask all the brothers and sisters that are active on this forum and have offered their support for this project, to respond in this topic so that you may inspire others to do the same, insha'allah.
