The esteemed Shaykh Dr. Sa'ad Ibn Naser ash Shethree is the founder of Knowledge International University, and former member of the 'Council of Senior Ulamaa' Saudi Arabia. Shaykh Sa'ad holds a doctorate in the field of Islamic Jurisprudence Methodology. He is also the author of several books explaining intricate topics found in the various Islamic Sciences and has revised, authenticated, and explained a large number of texts. His presence and calibre in the field of Da'wah and Islamic education is experienced across the globe.

Solidarity & Remembrance of Muslim Prisoners Worldwide

8 years on still there is little respite for the real victims of the War on Terror. This event provides an opportunity to remember the victims of illegal rendition detainment and torture, control orders, SIAC court rulings and all other measures imposed to unlawfully strip Muslim prisoners in the UK and abroad of their dignity, freedom and liberties- 'guilty' either by association/ circumstance or for expressing an opinion/ voicing openly an authenticated article of faith.

This Iftar has been arranged to remember the plight of these prisoners and their families.

Al Wasatiyyah Foundation for Research and Revival officially announces the launch of the organisation within the UK with our first single weekend seminar entitled: 'The Virtues of the Sahabah'.

The study will be based on the noble companions of the Prophet (saw) who were the greatest men and women to have walked upon this earth after the Prophets and Messengers of Allah (swt). Their characteristics and struggles are great and untold, thus studying these very virtues instils within a person a deep sense of affection for them and more importantly encourages us to follow in their footsteps towards pleasing Allah (swt).

This course will be based on the chapter: ‘Virtues of the Sahabah' from the Sahih Muslim hadith collection and will be delivered by the world renowned orator Imam Anwar al Awlaki (main lecturer amongst other teachers). His commentary will be based on Imam an-Nawawi’s explanation of Sahih Muslim.

Imam Anwar's course tuition will be via professional private pre-recordings conducted under his supervision.

Examinations will be set and marked by the hands of Imam Anwar Al Awlaki himself with short feedback notes which you will receive at the following Al Wasatiyyah Foundation course.

Apex Primary school has been established for many years Masha'Allah and is growing in number each year. We were initially based in Barking and only recently we have purchased by the will of Allah (swt) a new building in Argyle Road In Ilford.

'Our Children Our Future' is the first ever Charity Dinner that our school is holding. The dinner will be held at the Hilton Insha'Allah and we will have amongst us Shaikh Haythaim who will be speaking about 'The importance of Islamic Institutions' and Abu Talha on 'The importance of Children's education'.

The aim of the evening is to raise money for the school primarily to pay off the school debt. We also would like to improve the facilities of our children play area Insha'Allah. In order for our children to be successful in academia we need to build upon the resources that we have and to update the technology of our school.

The Aqeedah course is free of charge and will be taught by the respected Ustaadh Dr. Khalid Fikri (Egypt).

Teacher: Ustaadh Khalid Fikri has studied in the Institute of Islamic Studies and Research in Egypt under many known respected Shuyukh for over 15 years. He specialises in the field of Daw'ah and Hadeeth. He was also an Imam in the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Kuwait. The Shaykh is currently a Khateeb in four of London's main masjids and is a teacher at the Tayyibun Institute.
