Love does not have any levels. There is no such thing as not in the level to love someone, who ever he is.

In other words, yes, ofcourse we love Allah. And He loves us all.

When we are born until we become mature, we are sinnless, as pure as nothingness. No matter who our parents are or what religion or cult they follow, God love us. But then, when we sin uncontrolably after maturity and dont ask his forgivness nor regret our sins, even we may boast our sins to our friends! that angers God, it angers him very much indeed, like a father getting angered by his son that stole from him, or his son that bullies his brothers. God will punish us for those sins, whether your a muslim or not. You will be punished for your sins.

being an unbeliever, you might regret your sins, and do good deeds and that will all be plus signs on you in the day of judgment, yet your sins, even though you might think you asked forgivness, the question is, to whom did you ask?

As a muslim, we believe our sins are only forgiven by the One God. Allah. not a prophet, not even the prophet Mohammed is anywhere near the majesty of God.

God loves you, yes, and so does a father loves his children even if they were satanists. He would always wait for you to ask forgivness for your sins, and never get bored or tired of waiting, how ever long it may take you. since your maturity until your death, God will be waiting for you to come back to Him, however much you have sinned. And thats to an unbeliever.

dont you call that love?

From The Qur'an

"Whoever is an enemy to Allah and His angels and messengers, to Gabriel and Michael,- Lo! Allah is an enemy to those who reject Faith," (2:98, Trans. Yusuf Ali)

"Say: Obey Allah and the Messenger; but if they turn back, then surely Allah does not love the unbelievers," 3:32, Trans. Shakir).

So Allah's love is conditional.

Consider the following verses from the Bible

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life," (John 3:16).

"You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.’ 44 "But I say to you, love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you 45 in order that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 "For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax-gatherers do the same? 47 "And if you greet your brothers only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? 48 "Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect. (Matt. 5:43-48).

From the Qoran:

But if they (both) strive with you to make you join in worship with Me others that of which you have no knowledge, then obey them not, but behave with them in the world kindly, and follow the path of him who turns to Me in repentance and in obedience. Then to Me will be your return, and I shall tell you what you used to do. (31:15)

And if anyone of the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) seeks your protection then grant him protection, so that he may hear the Word of Allâh (the Qur'ân), and then escort him to where he can be secure, that is because they are men who know not. (9:6)

Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity. (8:60)

It is only as regards those who fought against you on account of religion, and have driven you out of your homes, and helped to drive you out, that Allâh forbids you to befriend them. And whosoever will befriend them, then such are the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers those who disobey Allâh). (9:60)

Bible:

I was only sent to the people of Israel…” (Matthew 15:25) and everyone else are “dogs” (Matthew 15:26) who only deserve the leftovers (Matthew 15:27) from the Jews. Long after she had pleaded to him, he worthlessly helped her child with the “crumbs” (Matthew 15:27) that she deserved.

mission here on Earth is to cause division “ (not unity) and to “set the Earth on fire” (Luke 12:49).

Think not that I have come to send peace on Earth, I came not to send peace, but the Sword” (Matthew 10:34). As for those who did not have a sword to fight with Jesus commanded them to “sell their belongings and buy a sword and fight” (Luke 22:35).

EHHH, that's odd, i don't remember reading that, that interpretation is completely off, actually, when I copied and pasted the quote,

the ONLY website that came up in google

was "www.convertstoislam.com/Articles/christian.html

"Deep within the shadows of the Bible"

That interpretation is wrong, odd that ONLY ONE site came up.

hmmmmmm LOL

As for those who did not have a sword to fight with Jesus commanded them to “sell their belongings and buy a sword and fight” (Luke 22:35).

Again, another mismatch, the only site i saw this on was the same site the other quote came from.
