never say that never, no one is allowed to judge brother, besides we must never be desparate of Allah's mercy, Allah is Al Qareeb Al Samee`a (The Close and Near, The All Hearing). Just make the dua, besides dua for your brother in Islam in absence is certainly accepted and angles would even ask Allah for similar of what u asked for your brother to u. So just make the dua Destroyed.

Wassalam sister. I understand you but I cant make me understabtable what I mean...I always make dua. And I know absolut HE hear our duas. That is not what I meant...But I still make dua for everyone muslims...Wassalam

Ya rab let our brothers and sisters who r alive or dead to go to your heavens and let us be with prophet Mohammed (SAAWA). Ya rab please heal the wounded and cure the sick and lead the hearts to your path.
