Fair enough. Let me rephrase then. Why do you care about the Freemasons? What about this topic drove you to start a thread about them?

This is directed to both Purgetroy and AbuNoran:

By stating that thier sins will be upon them, how in the world is this possibly interpreted as not wanting to strive for Islam or fight in the Way of Allah?

As was pointed out, is not following the laws of Allah doing such acts? I am just not concerned with chasing myths and secret societies. If they are bold enough to come out as a group and do some things, then I will deal with that when the time comes and in accordance with the Laws of Allah. Until then, I will work to perfect my religion, body, mind and soul, to be ready for that time.

As naseeha has pointed out, the information comes from a bunch of websources with little credibility from organizations that I do not know so of course I will be skeptical. Anyone can create a website and make it very professional looking. As I have stated before, I HAVE looked into these issues many times before. I keep them in mind.

If this issue is so urgent and pressing, please provide me with a list of things that I can actively go out and do to counter these secret organizations. In the order of naseeha, I am not trying to have any negative tone, truly. I did not know what to do before about these types of theories and I still really don't now.

I also agree with naseeha on another issue. Why post a reply stating one is shocked and aggravated without providing some type of suggestion? This is not sunnah. All that accomplished was ill feelings. I have times when I am upset at a post. I chill out collect myself and then post when I feel that I can be productive.

I have also had conflicting opinions with pretty much every member of the board over one issue or another. This does not mean that I think that they no longer want to hear from me and it certainly does not mean that I do not want to hear from them. This our little online family and there will be tiffs. The thing to remember is that we are all an ummah and we will all rise to the level of this deen together. Insha'Allah

i feel i am a bit out of my depth here but i just wanted to ask one question regarding napoleon. I heard recently on a very reputable radio station in the uk called radio five that Napoleon had turned to islam and something bad happened to him as a consequence, i don't know was he assassined or something? please forgive my ignorance, i am not able to give any more detail but i distinctly remember hearing this and i was quite surprised because i never knew this and napoleon is quite a famous figure.


IS THIS TRUE? DID NAPOLEON REVERT TO ISLAM AND IF HE DID AT WHAT STAGE?
