The "we were there first" argument is utterly preposterous - if you want to look at it like that the Jews can argue that God promised them the land centuries ago.
Israel is a political reality, and blowing up pizza shops isn't going to make it go away. What should be done instead is to work towards a peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians so that the Palestinians can get their lives and their world back. They need a nation, they need an economy, and they need to not have foreign troops tearing down their homes.
Unfortunately, both sides are so caught up in giving tit for tat and obsessed with avenging past wrongs that they are not giving the attention they should to making a future for themselves.

Quote:No persia is not Persia. Arabs attacked and stole a lot of our lands some 1400 years ago. WE WANT IT BACK
You really confuse me Hazam, u r american or iranian ?
Then the history u wrote is right with one correction, it was moslims who fought in the name of Allah, and not arabs, there was salman alfarsy, a persian who left
persia to search for onnes of God, and he heard about the prophet and then he embraced Islam, it was an Islamic army and not arabic, and those who are ruling persia now are persians, and not arabs, but muslim persians, who chose monothism to worship of fire, and wether u admit it or not, islam is spreading, and now it is spreading and not by force as everybody says, and it will keep on spreading wether u accepted it or not.

NO that is not true, true jews know that is not true, they will never win the argument if they do, take a look at these sites:
http://www.nkusa.org/activities/recent/Bos...oston042804.cfm
http://www.nkusa.org/activities/Statements...IDstatement.cfm
this article is stated as " ISRAELI INDEPENDENCE DAY
A Day of Mourning for Torah Faithful Jews " here is a quote from it :
The founding of the Zionist state is in direct contradiction to the teachings of the Torah which forbids the establishment of a Jewish state and commands Jews to remain in exile until released from that exile by G-d Himself, without any human intervention, at which time all Nations of the world will live together in peace.
please complete the rest of the article.
and here is another one.
http://www.jewsnotzionists.org/
Qoute from an article:
There are in fact many Jewish movements, groups and organizations whose ideology regarding Zionism and the so-called "State of Israel" is that of the unadulterated Torah position that any form of Zionism is heresy and that the existence of the so-called "State of Israel" is illegitimate.
No one has created antagonism between Torah and Zionism seeing that this antagonism is mutually inherent in the very nature of Torah and of Zionism respectively.
Zionism is wrong from the Torah viewpoint, not because many of its adherents are lax in practice or even anti-religious, but because its fundamental principle conflicts with the Torah.
Unfortunately, due to many undesirable factors, the view of Torah-true Jewry has been concealed from the general public.
check these as well :

So now after all this, I hope those that say that jews have the right to argue
for a land will stop saying and stop arguing about it, because jews themselves
state that they have no right in the land of palestine, and zionists like sharon and his likes are not true faithful jews, but are atheist zionist murderers.

Salaam Alaikum!
What's the beef all about? Why argue over an area which, besides oil, doesn't posses much interest?

Quote:I can't count the number of times from posters on here that iran is not an Islamic state. I can't remember if you were one of them
You know John, I knew you would say that, but when I said that I said it from your point of view you and Hazam's, and I stated and everybody that no1 no1 is ruling with true Islamic ruling in the Islamic countries, and that is why we are retarded, and that is why " the entire place went into turmoil." as Hazam said.
I really am astonished to those who want to change the history to thier own needs, and especially when it comes to islamic history as if u know it better than us. Anyways this post is about JIhad in palestine, and I hope that we do not get off topic, and we do not have to give excuses to any1 of anything, Islam is strong, growing stronger and not by force as I said. No matter what the americans or british or Israel does, or any other enemy of Islam, it will grow and it will rule and I pray to Allah for both of you, John and Hazzam to have long life to see that and to see the truth as well, and ask Allah Almighty to enlighten both your hearts. Ameeeeeeeeen

Quote:I think you are just being naive. Rule ? Hasn't Islamic influence been on the wane ? The abandonment of the caliphate for example, secular governments in islamic countries such as Turkey, Pakistan and Egypt (who acknowledge the existence of Israel) etc. The rejection of Islamic rule by the vast majority of Iranians. Rule ? By force, coercion, suicide bombings, dhimmitude, religious apartheid, tyranny, despotism like we saw in Afghanistan and what we see in Iraq and Iran ?
Who knows the truth ? Not I for sure but I am always skeptical of those who say they know the truth.
The Islamic Influnece has been on the wane.
but it grows faster than ever and no matter of what is said of islam now on media and TV Channels, it is gaining popularity more than any other religion. It grows Very Fast in USA, Canada, Europe . force, coercion, suicide bombings, dhimmitude, religious apartheid, tyranny, and despotism have nothing to do with the basic teachings of islam which teaches mercy and love and respect. however , islam is built on loyalty to Allah( God), Islam and Moslems and not tyrnat leaders or fundamentalist views. I thought We dont judge a religion by what some of its followers do.Islamic moralistic teachings are superior to any other teachings and Islamic Law have proved to be superior to any kind of Law ever used on this planet and I have witnesses from worlds most popular soliciters who studied Islamic Law very well and realized that it is never earthly law and if applied in FULL, it can gurantee easy life and hastle-free social life, inwhich the poor is supported from everywhere. It does gurantee that racial difference has nothing to do with someones life, education, or social rank.....Black, white, red or whatever... All equal and this truly happened in Islamic History and stories are plentifull.. Jews and Christians lived a golden age under the islamic state and let us be fair for one second! and rememmber few stories that tells how just islam is!

Quote:No persia is not Persia. Arabs attacked and stole a lot of our lands some 1400 years ago. WE WANT IT BACK (note my wonderful sarcasm)!!! :learn: During the reign of Yezdegerd III, the successor of Chosroes II, and the last of the Sassanian kings, the Arab invaders attacked Persia and its Mesopotamian territories more and more boldly. In 650 Khâlid, one of the Arab generals, assuming the offensive, defeated the Persian troops on the border of the Euphrates valley. The Christians of this region soon submitted to him. Then the Arabs invaded the country about the Tigris. In 634 Abu Ubaid of Taif, to whom Khâlid assigned the task of annexing Persia, was utterly defeated and slain by the Persians, who, however, were routed in 635-66 by Caliph Omar at Bowaib. Towards the close of the year 636, or in 637, they were again defeated by the Arabs, under Sa'd, at Kadisiyya. The victorious Arabs entered Babylonia and took Seleucia after a lengthy siege. Thence they crossed the Tigris and fell on Ctesiphon, Yezdegerd fleeing towards the Medo-Babylonian frontier. Meantime another army of Arabs had occupied Lower Irâk and entered Susiana. The decisive and final victory took place in 640-42 at Nehavend, near Ecbatana, when the great Persian Empire and the Sassanian dynasty were completely destroyed.
Moslems are the people who freed Persians from worhsipping Fire, I thought this is a fact. and the other fact is that moslems who fought under khlaid were all moslems and came from different ethnic origions(Arabic, African, former Jews, former christians and some of them were former persian soldiers that time and Allah bestowed on them by their believing in Islam.
Islam united all Arabs and All moslems together in Brotherly union, the base of it is: La Ilaha Illa Allah Mohammadan rasul Allah!

LOL..Dude what are you talking about? Persians saw the Arabs as barbarians and as enemies rather than liberators! They saw themselves as a superior people, and they were willing to fight to defend their homeland. Islam's warriors ran into resistance led by local Persian leaders.
To resist the Arabs, the last of the Sassanid kings, Yezdegird III, raised an army of 150,000 men. But with victory in Egypt, the Muslims were able to send reinforcements at a critical moment. At the Battle of Nihawand, 30,000 Muslims routed Yezdegird's army, the Muslims catching and massacring the Persians in narrow gorges. Muslims saw this as their greatest victory, and it was decided that all of Persia should be subdued. Umar was able to concentrate on this conquest. Yezdegird III fled eastward, and in 652, near Merv, he was murdered by local thieves for his jewelry. Sassanid Persia had come to an end, but it would be many years before Islam would be able to subdue Persia as far as its eastern border.
In Persia , Zoroastrianism was doomed as a great religion. In response to conquest by Islam's armies, the Zoroastrians would foment rebellions, and the conquering Muslims responded. In many provinces the Muslims forced Zoroastrians to convert to Islam, while many Zoroastrians adopted Nestorian Christianity instead. Here and there Zoroastrianism would survive. But in the coming centuries conversions to Islam would leave Zoroastrians a small minority.
Know what you are talking about before you speak. Islam was spread by FORCE.
