I have attached a simple file that we all could use when developing a website...
Here is the description...
Well for website developers when they want to put arabic on their site there is a problem... You see there are two ways.
1] If you have an arabic keyboard... or the ability to write arabic you can actually type it in... The problem with this is that when you actually put it on the web not everyone can see it... the only ones that can see it is those who have arabic enabled on their computer or those who manually set their browser to have arabic encoding as i have to do.... All those who have websites would know that they want EVERYONE to see the arabic right.... well they could ... check out point #2
2] if you dont have an arabic keyboard you can put it in with html code... the thing with this is that when doing the code each arabic letter and each vowel is represented by a 7 character code... Imagine trying to encode something like aayatul kursii when you have to type in 7 CHARACTERS for EACH ARABIC LETTER.... this could be very frustrating... especially if you dont get it right the first time... This tool actually converts the arabic for you into the code... here is how it works....
all you have to do is type in the arabic or copy and paste the arabic into the textbox provided and then click the link<i>.:Click To Convert Arabic to Code:.</i>
now all you have to do is to add a tag to your code... to do this just choose a font size (the default is 5) and click the link <i>.:Add tags to code:. </i>
now all you have to do is copy the code that was generated and paste it into your source for the web page.... try it out everyone and tell me what you think about it ok....
post a reply if there are any problems:
