Dear sis & bros............i have been living in NewZealand for 3 years.........It is a country ruled by Britishers.......& u know he Royal authority.......However, the culture is very mixed.....The native people of New Zealand were 'Maoris'........They have so much right here........unlike the native people of Australia 'Aborginies'.......People from another Islands e.g. Samoa, cook Islands & Tonga & Fija are in abundunce too:rolleyes:

This country is relatively 'conservative' in the way they act in public .........like i have never seen un appropriate behaviour in public.........so it's GREAT for Muslims.........Also here people don't mind if ur wearing a scarf (except for Burqas) .

The biggest Mousque os Aucland as i know is 'Masjid e Umar'.......it's beautiful too.......the great thing is that every month a large no's of Muslim bro's go out in other cities for 'Tabligh'

Although the Muslim community is small.........but during month of Ramadan & the prayers & the Eids.............the whole community gathers at the mosque.

I will certainly ask question, I am so anxious to know, do u have any idea how Islam started there? I mean did Muslims move in, or what? and u ve been there for 3 years only? where were u before.

So for example I know that in some of the south African countries, mostly Pakistanis and Indians brought Islam to the place, they even speak suahili which has many Urdu vocabulary. How about NewZealan. Did talk too much ask too much :confused:

I really think that as New Zealand isn't a Muslim country by itself , but i have read some where that in 1800 some Muslim from India or Arab moved to this country..........i mean as a first Muslim...then ofcourse.........we had many Muslims Masha allah comming to NewZealand.

It was really interesting to read that there are so many muslims in China. I have visited Thailand twice thus far and found it very difficult to know which restaurants are hallal and which are not. I then came to the conclusion that there were not many muslims in Bangkok. On my tour I was taken to many temples but not to any mosque/masjid. From your script I read that the muslims are more in the north. This is interesting.
