Do u rely on ur friends or family?
#1

How much do teenagers rely on thier friends rather then there family?

In todays world whos to say who we can trust. Do we trust our families more or our friends? Is there such a thing as trusting anyone at all in this world?

Friends what are they? Some one who is alwys there for you. Thier to listen to wot you have to say help you with ur problems. Friends can even understand wot u do not say.

Family what are they? People who bring you up. Which provide you with everything dat you need. But how much do they really know you. Do they really know you at all?

The questions here is how much does ne1 rely on thier friends more then family? Family may not understand you as much as your friends do they think that they know u inside out. But i think that this is not the case. Personally i think that my family does not know we as well as sum of my friends do.

So Why is this the case. Well this is because i think that sumtimes parents or other family members can act single minded. The way they act makes you not wnt to tell them nething that happens. Yeh they may know you like this or you like that. But the feelings that go on inside you they dont. My friends can tell more abt me then fmaily can.

Yeh you can argue that friends arent there forever and they can stab you in the back but how much is ur family there for you. I think that even your family can do the same.

Some people rely n thier friends more. Some people rely on their family more. This is all to do with how you are bought up. I knw sum people who cme from backgrounds where thier parents dnt get along, from vialoence, from being neglected etc. So are these the people who rely on thier friends even more?

I think that partly this is true, becuase they learn to chat to their friends more. There parents may not have the time to chat to them or because of thier parents argueing they dnt evn wnt to chat to them incase they cause more trouble. They maybe be afriad of gettin told of.

Their is a sayin which goes a girls best friend is her mum. But in reality how much of this is true. If a girl went to her mum and spoke to her as she would do as a friend, telling her abt her thoughts and feelings the mum would probably gve a response more related to a parent then a friend. So should parents cme dwn to the level of a friend to get their children even more?

Now if the son wnt and spoke to his mum sayin the sme thing as a girl would the reaction still be the same. I dont think so. Even in todays society guys are favoured more then girls.

So is there even a issue of girls relyin on friends more then family then guys do?

Do the guys out thier agree with wot i am sayin. i would like to get a response on this to get a reply to the question being asked.

All i am doing is giving you all a few questions to think about which in turn to discuss. So get ur thinking caps on.

Let me just add i may not fully agree to wot i have said here either it is merely to get you all thinking of this issue.

So wot do u think. Do u rely on ur friends or family?

i'm not a teenager but i hope u'll accept my thread. [Image: biggrin.gif]

i guess i still prefer my family. bcoz i feel that if i die, i can depend on them to manage the burials & all. if i'm in a comma, i can depend on them to wash, bath & take care of me. if i'm bedridden or comatosed, i'd prefer my family wash my wastes instead of friends. i guess, i'm closer to them, yes. my friends are great too, but i think i'd feel nicer if my family manage my burials... maybe it's the blood-thicker-than-water thing.

i'm very grateful to God that He bestows me a good family. i hope every body have a nice family of their own. if not now, maybe one day...

Salaam Alaikum!

I’m not sure if I’m responding to the question correctly, but I rely on Allah (swt) first and then my intellect. Family and friends are in the same vogue, in my opinion.
