Every time a calamity befalls a Muslim country, Muslims in many parts of the world react strongly but it’s sad to admit that mostly it’s all words and few are the ones who take action. For many as time passes they go back to their normal lives as if nothing happened.

Do you see the pictures of your dead Muslim brothers? :cry:

Do you see the pictures of the dead Muslim children? :cry:

Do you see your Muslim sisters crying and suffering? :cry:

Well next time you go to buy a Jewish or American product remember those pictures, remember that by purchasing these product you are paying for the price of the bullets which will kill your brothers and sisters. Everybody is saying Me, Myself, and I, how selfish?? Would it kill you if you stopped buying a Jewish or American product?? Would it kill you to say to your child he/she can not drink [b:ab1c06fa91]Coca Cola [/b:ab1c06fa91]or [b:ab1c06fa91]Pepsi[/b:ab1c06fa91] nor eat from [b:ab1c06fa91]Mac Donald’s[/b:ab1c06fa91]?? Would it kill you to stop buying your makeup from [b:ab1c06fa91]MAC Cosmetics[/b:ab1c06fa91]??. Would it kill your husband if he did not buy his suit from [b:ab1c06fa91]Armani[/b:ab1c06fa91]??. [i:ab1c06fa91]Are we such weak people that we can not resist a few of our worldly wants for the sake of helping one another?? Do we have such dead hearts?? Is our Iman(faith) so weak??, [/i:ab1c06fa91]when the French refused to support the war on Iraq the Americans boycotted their cheese and wine, just as they would not give their support to go to war, but look at us the ones who are oppressed and killed at every corner of the world!!!!. Those people do not love us nor our religion although some Muslims may argue the opposite, I will say to them look at Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Chechnya, so many countries can be listed where is the picture of love that you speak about??. Why go so far, look at what the Quran says (meaning):

In another Surah:

[b:ab1c06fa91] “O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.” [/color:ab1c06fa91][/b:ab1c06fa91]Surah Al-Maa’dah verse 51

In another Surah:

[b:ab1c06fa91] “Never will the Jews or the Christians be satisfied with thee unless thou follow their form of religion. Say: "The Guidance of Allah,-that is the (only) Guidance." Wert thou to follow their desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither Protector nor helper against Allah.”[/color:ab1c06fa91] [/b:ab1c06fa91] Surah Al-Baqarah verse 120

Here are some of the benefits of boycotting:

1- [b:ab1c06fa91]Health protection[/b:ab1c06fa91]:- Boycotting products like Marlboro, Pepsi, Coca Cola saves us from the harms they cause.

2- [b:ab1c06fa91]Support and Encourage the Muslim industry[/b:ab1c06fa91]:- For sure once you start boycotting you will be looking for replacements. And this is a chance to improve the Islamic industry, some might complain about the quality, but sister by buying from them you are encouraging them to improve their quality.

3- [b:ab1c06fa91]Change our consuming habits[/b:ab1c06fa91]:- If you notice most of the Muslim and Arab countries consume so much and sadly it’s not their products but products imported from their enemies and by doing this we improve and raise their economy.

4- [b:ab1c06fa91]Getting rid from their supremacy and following them[/b:ab1c06fa91]:- Unfortunately we are weak (our faith is weak and our creed had been corrupted) that is why the non-believers have a lot of effect on our environments and ways of life. If you look at the boycott list you will see how effected many of us are from American restaurants, American cloth, American medicine, American soda, even the gum and chocolate are American, and don’t forget the appliances in both home and offices.

5- [b:ab1c06fa91]YOU WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE PRICE OF KILLING YOUR BROTHERS. [/b:ab1c06fa91]

Here is a list of products that should be boycotted, some sisters when they read the list may pick some products or companies and say they are not American, well the answer is we should boycott all American and Jewish products and any company that supports Israel even if it’s not American. However if any sister/brother is 100% sure that one of the products on the list is not American nor does it support Israel, please mention it.

Alhamdulelah, we have been boycotting for almost two years now. Sobhan Allah, and it was not even hard to teach children about it. Although they like to go to KFC for the playing places. But they understand and just don't go.

You know what it is WORKING. Coca Cola is thinking to pull out of the Egyptian market. Pizza hut is facing trouble and started to insert in their commercial (100% Egyptian) so that we buy. About 6 months ago the US Trade Secretary came on a visit, of his agenda was to discuss the boycot. But the GOV can not force people to buy.

Well we are doing something Alhamdulelah

The Prophet (saaws) said , denounce the world and Allah will love you, and denounce what the people possess and the people will love.

Boycotting is the way to go!

We are not suppost to indulge in all these things anyway, we are to keep everything pure and natural as can be.

From what we put on our bodies to what we put in them.

They made a deodorant out of crystal. My mom is truely into natural products (she's from africa, and if it isn't natural she don't use it. Anyway, she told me that some deodorants contain an item that robs the body of it's energy. I forgot which item. The point is that things that are not natural and made from man's ablitity, instead of directly from earth, is for the most part, destructive to the body.

We as muslims should never desire to live forever, but as long as we are alive we should want to be as healthy as possible, insha'llah.

Boycotting these things should be no problem for us.

Brother, actually, another way to destroy the disbelievers, is by taking away those things they love the most. It is not just their lives that they love, it is also their money for their material things, their money that they use to enhance their beauty, their money to flash, for cars, homes, so-called friends, and their money that they compete with each other for.

Marketplaces are for those who prefer the life of the world. We go for our needs, they build markets for their earnings. They are against muslims because we refuse to purchase cigarettes, liquor, pork, guns, drugs, etc. This country have many things on their table that we as muslims would never purchase.

I can't believe in Saudi there were burger king and mcdonalds and resturants pretending to be like the west. the meat is halaal, but still why imprint that in the minds of the young, and if evr they were to ienter usa, the first restuarant they go into may just be burger king or mcdonalds.

to boycott against everything that they earn the most---money , is it a threat to their own personal wallets.

Jihad is in many forms; fighting physically, fighting our lower desires, and joining in the right and forbidding the wrong (which boycott ? somewhat goes under?), and spirirtually keeping a good loving heart with patience and compassion no matter what test we have and no matter what others may do to corrupt us.
