Regarding relations with slaves

AlShamms, until I elaborate further, and just to clarify matters, women are also allowed to possess slaves not only men. And yes slavery is permissible by Islam, under the known conditions and through the legitimate means.

The only legitimate means is people taken as war captives.

Actually, this part on its own is really worth pondering on.

See, this means play a double fold role, on one hand, this will make any war initiator think twice before triggering war, if he/she thinks he/she might be taken as captive and become slave. On the other hand, it allows Muslims who secure such bounty the reward of freeing them.

Again, I reiterate, the only source of slavery permitted in Islam is war captives. Not human trafficking, kidnapping...etc.
