Well, some of the native speakers could correct me here but:

It means to hear


استمع


Means to Listen...


Not sure how to differentiate it more... but can someone who speaks arabic natively step in here

Alright, karbala's one is really deep and difficult.

to tie a knot, that is why the word Aqeedah is derived from this verb. For us, belief should be like tying a strong knot.

means protection ourselves from going wrong by
