More family news, Mash aAllah, Allah Gifted our dear brother Dan with a baby girl this morning USA time. Her name is Mariam leah and Mash a Allah she is in good health and he is very happy Alhamdulelah. Her brother already called her baby sister. I couldnt go to sleep before breaking the good news to all of you. May Allah Grant his enough strength to bring them up the way that pleases Allah.

Brother Wael, Alhamdulillah for your son and jazak Allah Khair for sharing the reason why you named your son Ibrahim. It was very touching. A good reminder for us all, too.


Astaghfirullah and may you forgive me brother Wael for being so long in congratulations.


Jazakum Allah Khair for all the wonderful sentiments.


Alhamdulillah, my wife had a c-section so she is taking longer to recover but as far as those go, she is doing well. Maryam Leah was born with more hair than my son had by age 1. MashAllah, her eye lashes are so long that they stuck to her cheeks in the OR/delivery room. She's eating good and making messes.


Levi always asks, "Hold baby sister?" He also likes giving her kisses. He does have a habit of wanting to head butt the people he loves so we have to watch out for him trying that (he already has- crisis averted in time.)


I am also back in school pursuing a master's in speech pathology. Life is busy, Alhamdulillah.


Please, please, Insha'Allah, keep me in you all's duas. I feel like I am really going to need them.


Back to studying for my Audiology quiz.

Oh brother Dan, I just want to tell you, though I know you realize, be really careful about the kids together. I have a 15 month old and a 4 month old and naturally the 15 month old is very curious and loving and sooooooo quick. His new thing is trying to share snacks with his little brother, really I just turn my back for seconds and there is something. I wish sometimes for 50 eyes and 6 pair of hands. May Allah make it easy for you and your wife.

Sis J- I know my wife is looking for similar help :D. YOu are in a bit of a tougher situation with ones so close in age and so young. I have family who have similar situations and say it is hard at first but when the youngest is old enough to play, it gets so much easier. Insha'Allah that will be your case... especially since they are both boys and if anything like my boy will be helping each other look for worms and chase cats in no time.
