<b> Wathilah bin Al-Asqa` (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Do not express pleasure at the misfortune of a (Muslim) brother lest Allah should bestow mercy upon him and make you suffer from a misfortune.''</b>

Welcome to IslamMessage Forums, akhee "Destroyed". Too many people don't understand the seriousness of this life and what should be our conduct in it.

Here's a verse from the Qur'an that highlights the issue your hadeeth covered;-

<b>O believers! Let no men laugh at other men who may perhaps be better than themselves; and let no woman laugh at another woman, who may perhaps be better than herself. Do not defame through sarcastic remarks about one another, nor call one another by offensive nicknames. It is an evil thing to be called by a bad name after being a believer, and those who do not repent are the ones who are the wrongdoers. </b>49.11

In the early days of Islaam people used to constantly say to others.....

<b>"Have taqwa of Allah."</b> Taqwa loosely translated means have fear AND take precautions/guard yourself against the wrath of Allah.

But nowadays people carry on as a mirror image of the kafir. The christians say all will be forgiven of us as we have a guarantee of Heaven because we eat the flesh and drink the blood of Jesus - peace be upon him. And now many muslims laugh everything off by saying things like "Allah is all forgiving most merciful and all will be forgiven of us. We don't fear Allah, we love Him."

Truly, how can anyone feel "smug" after reading this;-

<b>no one can feel secure from the plan of Allah except those (doomed) to ruin!</b> 7:99

I fully agree with u Mutawakkil, Abu Bakr used to say if i had one foot inside Jannah and the second still outside I will never be secured about the plan of Allah. And the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم said if u wake up don't feel secured till evening and when night comes don't feel secured till morning. Death can come any time.

may Allah help us be prepared

Actualy ف have lot experiment with offensive word, nicknames somemuslims called me...i have found protection by Allah swt. human can be dangeors even he/she is muslim or not..i realy dont want more as to be by Allah swt. sometimes we dont get what we are waseela for thinks... we as human suggest somethinks to someone what we dont know exactly. ف think we do this because we trust to our salahs, ibadahs and good deeds for islam so we think or it is our reaction to do this, we have right to judge about others spacialy others muslims. My Allah swt protect us from shaytan and waswasa...
