all this post was about was the effect of Islam on impressionable people if you refuse to see whats ACTUALLY HAPPENING with in your religeon what right do any of you have to critisize mine?


this post was abou Islamic ideology at its purist why are you afraid of your own religeon?


why are you censoring what your own people are saying?

Muslimah, have i villified muslims in anyway?


all i have done is provide the point of view from my faith and people and how we invisage Islam... i have posted nothing that can not be coroborated.


and nothing has been posted to deny or refute my posts. we keep being told Islam is a religeon of peace but to be honest im hard pressed to see a single example of how islam has promoted this peace perhapse you can show me a few examples of how Islam has made the world a better place.


think how we feel for a moment knowing that some other religeon hates us for no other reason than that they were told by some person 1400 years ago to hate and kill us.


we accept were kafirs/infidels in your eyes what we refuse to accept is that we deserve to die.

Let me put something clear for u TC and any other Kafir / infidel.


You and me are Allah's creation, Allah Allows u to benefit through Allah's Names and Attribute just exactly as I do. I mean Allah' Sustain you, Protect you, Provide for you..etc. You and me use the same bounties of Allah necessary to continue life on this world till the Day After.


If Allah Allows you all this, while you dont believe in Him the way He commanded, in some cases other infidels even go beyond this boundary and slander Allah, while Allah The Patient Does not take them immeidately, who am I to judge your death? I m not allowed, but rather I should just live my life and strive to improve in my religion, while feeling sorry for you that you are wasting your self. BUt in no means I m allowed to wish death for you but rather I wish guidance.


The only circumstances I m commanded to fight you, is when you fight me, take away my properties..etc.


Thus, in regard to your posts, in general, there is nothing in them to refute. Try posting something more sensible may be then we will be inspired to refute.

TC u did use a bad word which is offensive, I refrrain from saying it again to any1.


And we do not hate u or wish to kill u, no it is not true, we can live together in peace even if u do not want to be a muslim. just look at the irony, muslims are being killed and abused everywhere, and then they say we hate them and we want to kill them :blink: .


TC the essence of islam is peace, and as sister M said that i am allowed to fight u only if u fight me and steal my land, kill my women and children, just like it is happening in palestine and Iraq, otherwise, how was islam spread in asia and east asia, do u recall any battles between muslims or chinese or any other eastern country, guess not, but still u find milllion of muslims there, I wonder why? now adays i dont any1 in america is beating americans on their heads to enter islam, I wonder why,also in europe. So before throwing a quick unfair judgement on islam, try to ask us more beneficial questions that will teach u about islam. You are convinced welcome not still welcome to stay as a guest.


I would like to add to your information, that me as an arab muslim have american relatives, I dont know exactly what is their true faith, but they visited us last summer in kuwait they keep saying jesus christ, but still they said they refused to bury my uncle according to christian burials, because it was his will, he was a muslim. His wife is a christian and again i tell u i am not sure of my cousins faith. Do I hate them because they are christians or their mother is a christian, of course not. I love them and I miss them a lot and I hope they can come again this summer. So I hope every american here or can i say christian or jew or whatever your relegion is, we do not hate anyone, on the contrary we wish the best for all, and we just feel sorry that u r not seeing the true light. I hope u will start looking at Islam from a more objective angle, so u will be fair in your judgement and not only what u see from your own media.


Sister M, my cousins told me that the media they c in USA is totaly different frrom what the other world c, others told me the same. So I guess they are seeing only what their country wants them to c :conf06:

When you say "fight" do you mean <i>physically attacking</i> you? Can non-Muslims also fight Muslims in a non-physical way? I know you mentioned property but what's meant by "etc"?


In regards to slandering, are Muslims allowed to retaliate in situations such as the Danish cartoon episode or Pope Benedict's (misconstrued) statements? What's the preferred reaction to these events?

Ok I’d like to answer some points if my sisters Radiyah and Muslimah don’t mind, and please correct me if am wrong:

what are the rewards for women who fight in the cause of Allah? Will they be blessed with virgins (men) too?

First of all the word virgin do not exist in the Qur’an or the Hadiths of Prophet Muhammad pbuh; am aware that there is only one Hadith that mentioned the number 72 referring to AZWAJ and not virgins. The word AZWAJ means spouses, companions which applicable for men and women.

For the record... I'm not a feminist... & I don't believe sexual experiences occur in Paradise.

Did Adam and Eve have sex during the days before they got kicked out of Heaven? If not, <b>then why not? </b> Wasn't she created to be <b>his mate</b>? Did they not then have physical contact with each others for the, perhaps, long years that they lived with each others in Heaven before getting kicked out of it?


Genesis 3:17


To Adam he said, "Because you listened to <b>your wife </b> and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat of it,' "Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life.


Genesis 3:20


Adam named his wife Eve, because she would become the <b>mother of all the living.</b>


These verses called Eve a "wife" and a "mother". Now assuming that Adam and Eve never got kicked out of Heaven, then how would exactly Eve become a "mother", who already was a "wife" in Heaven?


Also, the fact that Eve was Adam's "wife" in Heaven and was meant to be eventually the "mother of all the living", then there is no doubt that Adam and Eve did have sex in Heaven! Otherwise, how exactly was Eve a "wife" to Adam? What do husbands and wives do?


Now, if I follow your beliefs that we will be like "spirits" or "Angels" in Heaven without physical bodies, that once a "Christian" dies, then he will go and live with GOD Almighty as a spirit in Heaven: as recorded in Mathew,


Matthew 22:29-30


29. Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.


30. At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.


Obviously this contradicts the very teachings of your own Bible about Adam and Eve having physical bodies in Heaven and that they had sex (they were a husband and wife).


IF WE WILL NOT MARRY IN HEAVEN THEN WHY EVE CALLED A WIFE IN HEAVEN?


Anyway, another question, if Heaven has no physical bodies in it, then where did Adam's rib come from which GOD Almighty used for creating Eve? And what form were Adam and his "wife" Eve in?

Christians don't believe that Adam & Eve were created in Heaven. They are the crown of God's <i>earthly</i> creation. They were tempted by Satan in the Garden of Eden which historians believe was located in Mesopotamia (modern day Iraq). Before the fall, they were bestowed with 4 gifts that were later lost & haven't been possessed by another human being since (besides the Blessed Virgin Mary).


72 spouses for every man & woman??? I honestly hope this doesn't sound condescending, I'm just quoting someone... for Christians, "sensual pleasure in Heaven is equivalent to chewing gum on earth. It's a lower good. When you attain the Beatific Vision of God, sex becomes trivial."


Do Muslim couples in Paradise give birth to children too?


I don't own a copy of the Hadith so I'm relying on you to educate me :) As for the Qur'an, the Ayats that deal with Paradise in my version usually describe feminine "spouses" (the word is translated as "houris")... Sura 37:40-4, Sura 44:51-55, Sura 52:17-20, Sura 55:54-59, Sura 55:70-77, Sura 56:37-40 & Sura 78:31-34.
