Woman who lost 8 relatives on 9/11 embraces Islam
#11

Bismillah:

Quote:if you wernt so blind you would have realised that the information was gathered bty a muslim.

Again, Ali Sina <b>didn’t show any evidence </b> on his claim, where can we find on Aljazeera.net where Ahmad Al Qataani said those words? Did you read them by yourself or you just copy and paste what faithfreedom.org demonstrates??

And according to his article, Ali sina said:

Quote:What Muslims say among each other, is not the same thing that they say for the consumption of the Westerners.

How about what the Westerners themselves said about this same thing?

Quote:The second-largest religion in the world after Christianity, Islam is also the fastest-growing religion. In the United States, for example, nearly 80 percent of the more than 1,200 mosques have been built in the past 12 years.

CNN

Have a look at Filipinos who are embracing Islam everyday in large numbers (this I’ve witnessed with my own eyes)

Quote:Many Christian Catholic people from the Phillipines are turning to Islam in their hundreds. Infact, they account for the largest percentage of Reversions in the Middle East as well as in the Phillipines.
Every day there are many people wishing to become Muslim. They realise that their ancestors were once Muslims. Their ancestors were forced into Christianity by the Spaniards. Leading the way in Filipino reversions is the most famous Filipino film actor, Robin Padilla. ("The Bad Boy" of Philipino Cinema). There are also many doctors, lawyers all people rich and poor turning to Islam in the Phillipines.

They also forgot to say that there are <b>lots of Catholic Nuns and priests who are accepting Islam everyday in Philippines.</b>

I myself have recorded an interview with my friend former pastor named <b>Reynaldo Ricalde (now Ahmed Ricalde)</b> who went to Jeddah with the intention of getting the Muslims to know their <b>"real Lord and Savior “Jesus”,</b> and his journey ends by embracing Islam as his only Deen and becoming one of the most active propagators of Islam in Philippines and Jeddah. Insh a Allah I will post this interview on Youtube.com soon.

TurnToIslam.com

Today there is virulent propaganda against Islam in the international media, in international newspapers and magazines, on radio broadcast stations and satellite TV channels. A section of the media is attacking Islam, and this has reached epidemic levels especially after 9/11. TIME Magazine of April 16, 1979 mentioned that in a span of 150 years, from 1800 CE to 1950 CE <b>over 60,000 books have been written against Islam</b>. It works out to <b>more than one book against Islam everyday. </b>

In spite of all the negative propaganda in a section of the western media, <b>ironically Islam still happens to be the fastest growing religion, not just in the west but also across the world. The more people try to suppress Islam, the more it will prevail. Allah will make His Deen (Islam) to prevail over all the other ways of life even if the disbeliever hated it. </b>

So if you are not going to believe this, <b>then stick to what Ali Sina said, hope his articles will make you feel happy.</b>

Peace :peace:

Quote:what a shame. Islam never turns ANYONE away. Islam is for everyone, not a certain blood lineage. Even if you have not been practicing the religion.. the door is always open.

But once you shut the door behind you, you're in lock down. There's no way out!

Yes, Islam is a gift. A non-refundable gift.

The consequences of apostasy is the only aspect of Islam I will NEVER accept.

Is apostasy really is the only aspect that you cannot accept in Islam?

Can you accept the Prophet Muhammad pbuh as the last and final messenger? can you accept the Holy Qur'an as the last and final revelation of God Almighty? can you accept the fact that Jesus pbuh was saved and never die on the Cross? etc etc...

I guess you can’t accept those aspects, well, at least now, maybe later you will Insh a Allah.

I think you have red the explanation of Dr Al Qaradawi regarding apostasy and you accepted it, so why we have to repeat the arguments again.

The same can be said for all religions. The difference is, Islam is the only religion that doesn't alllow one to leave for simply making a grown-up choice regarding their lives.

The Mafia has a similar proscription.

i can't even accept jesus is the son of god yet.. hehe one thing at a time :D

one of the jehovahs witnesses likes to show me a passage in the bible (i did not catch the reference) but it says something like "To his seed i will give [blah blah] but to [is it ishmael?] ..." -- he says the one who god blessed is NOT the father of the muslim faith, he says the other one [is it ishmael?] is the father of the muslim faith (and that was the one who got stooged by God) not sure what this really means but it seems to imply that the as far as the bible is concerned, the muslim faith falls short..?? (hey they're not my words? i paraphrase?)

sorry i usually pay attention to these things, will try to find the reference if interested?

In the Name of God - Father Son Holy Spirit

Ez-Zayak Wael? Insha'Allah kair. I hope you & your family had a happy & holy eid. We've missed you!

I can live with the fact that Muslims revere Muhammad (PBUH) as the last messenger.

I can live with the fact that Muslims believe the Holy Quran is the final revelation of God Almighty.

I can live with the fact that Muslims don't commemorate Jesus Christ's Passion, Death & Resurrection.

I can sort of live with the fact that under Sharia Law, I'd be treated like a second class citizen (I'm still tossing this one up).

But I can't live with the fact that somewhere in the Quran or Hadith or wherever, Allah commands that apostates & infidels (in some cases) be sentenced to death. What are the chances of these teachings being disregarded in Islam?

Mate, I can't recall reading Dr Al Qaradawi's explanation yet (if I have I can't remember, sorry). When did you send me the link? Are you sure you haven't got me confused with someone else?

Hey Unit, what's doing?

After careful observation, I'm predicting that you're one step away from planning a pilgrimage to Mecca. Start practising the Testimony of Faith, dude, "There is no God but Allah & Muhammad is His messenger."

My Muslim friends, if someone casually says the Shahadah out loud without full intent, are they automatically reverted?

Thanks :)

God bless.
