U r taking our opinion or permission so that u want to become a Muslim. Well We don't own to say no. Simply because anyone who is willing to reconcile with the Creator and come back home where he originally belongs Allah Welcomes him / her most. Allah is just waiting for His Creation to repent, return back to the correct path.
"And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam’s loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."
" (Quran 7: 172)
And yes twister Islam calls for the worship of the only One True Deity Worthy to be Worshiped. To be a Muslim u simply have to believe that there is no God but Allah the only True God who was not begotten nor was he begotten. Look at this Chapter from the Quran:"
Sûrat Al-Ikhlâs or At-Tauhîd
(The Purity) CXII
In the Name of Allâh,
the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
1. Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "He is Allâh, (the) One.[1]
2. "Allâh-us-Samad (السيد الذي يصمد إليه في الحاجات) [Allâh the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, (He neither eats nor drinks)].
3. "He begets not, nor was He begotten.[2]
4. "And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him."
This is full description of our Lord we must all worship.
So first u have to believe in heart that the Creator of the Worlds, skies and earth and everything is just one, One who does not consist of parts or associated with partners. Or is represented in a human form under any circumstances. He does not need partners Twister. He is the King of the Kings who does not sleep for a fraction of a second. He is the One who erected the skies and keeps them from falling on earth. He is the One Who sat mountains as supporters to earth from flying off. Who else can do all this?? A human being or Allah?
U also have to believe that Mohamed is the final Messenger from Allah to all mankind. See before Mohamed (PAPBUH) each Prophet or Messenger was sent to his nation only. But Allah decided to send Mohamed as the last Messneger to mankind so that we will not have an argument before Him for not believing. And now Sobhan Allah knowledge became easily accessible through the Internet. Therefore, we even have no arguement to say we didn't know. Praise be to Allah that u started questioning and wanting to find the truth.
Islam is the only religion in the eyes of Allah. Not one single Prophet or Messenger came to call for any other religion.
Look at these Ayas from Quran:
"Or were you witnesses when death approached Ya‘qûb (Jacob)? When he said unto his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We shall worship your Ilâh (God - Allâh), the Ilâh (God) of your fathers, Ibrâhîm (Abraham), Ismâ‘îl (Ishmael), Ishâq (Isaac), One Ilâh (God), and to Him we submit (in Islâm)." (Quran 2: 133) While look at this verse:" Then when ‘Îsâ (Jesus) came to know of their disbelief, he said: "Who will be my helpers in Allâh’s Cause?" Al-Hawâriyyûn (the disciples) said: "We are the helpers of Allâh; we believe in Allâh, and bear witness that we are Muslims (i.e. we submit to Allâh)." (Quran 3: 152).
I am not trying to confuse u I am just trying to put more facts for u. Islam unlike other religions is not called after a human being. Look at Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism and others. Each of them is called after a human being. While Islam is not. It is the reigion of submission to Allah Twister.
So in brief if u r sincere and u desire to become a Muslim based on the above facts. U must believe in your heart and say it with your tongue. Ashhadu anna la ilaha ila Allah wa ann Mohamdan rasoolu Allah wa ann Eissa a`adu Allah wa rasooluh.
This translates as:
I bear witness that there is not Lord but Allah, Mohamed is His Messenger and Jesus is His servant and Messenger.
