According to Part II.1 Section 83 of Canada's criminal code, Hizballah (as well as Hamas, Al Qaida, and numerous other Muslim organizations) are defined as being terrorist organizations. So, it would appear that Canada and Canadians don't share your opinion of Hizballah.
