Freedom in Islam?

Deen, being a native Egyptian, I m aware of this case, are trying to apply this hadeeth (freedom concept) on the circumstances of this case?


Let me tell you more about the Eyptian methology when it comes to the legal system.


In some part, it does regulate matters thru Shari'a such as in cases of marriage, divorce, inheritance..etc. Even Nasarah citizens abide by these regulations. however, for example, drugs are incriminated (trafficking, dealing, using..etc) while alcohol is not. Try to figure this out Deen.

I understand what you are saying but I just think it is dangerous and confusing to use the same concepts as the non-muslims do which originate from their aqeedah and apply these to the Islamic hukms as my example highlights.


We should also try to figure out that when anyone performs an action which is against the shariah the Human Rights organisations come to their help who explain the act as the individuals freedom as if it is correct.
