All Christians agree that the word Lord in Deut 33:2 is referring to God. But let's assume you are correct when you claim that this meaning is not clear. How do we determine which reading is correct?


Obviously, we must go back to the original Hebrew to determine which word is being translated as "Lord". In this particular case, the Hebrew word is "YHWH" (Yahweh) which is a Jewish name for God. Obviously, in the original Hebrew, verse Deut 33:2 is referring to God, not Mohammed (unless, of course, you are claiming that Mohammed is God).


A few days ago, you were criticizing Christians because we read English language translations of the Bible instead of the original Hebrew. Now you are criticizing us because we refer to the original Hebrew instead of English translations! I guess you just can't be satisfied.

It is very easy to claim that am speaking nonsense. But it is very difficult for you to provide a single evidence of what you "copy and paste" from answering.islam.org. No proof at all. Even your Bible commentary said about this verse that: <b>God is represented as coming from the south....... </b> and you know well that all the Prophets were the representative of God on earth. So your Bible commentators clearly said that it was <b>not GOD HIMSELF but rather he was represented AS COMING

I never criticize Christians for reading the English Bible. I was only asking which Bible is more closer to the original text. And you didn’t answer, <b>simply because no one knows.</b>
