How to post an image?

Can you please tell me how to post an image I see Img on the top when creating a post but how to use it and what if the picture is in my documents??

The image must be on an internet Site

You take the url of the image by doing the following:

Place the cursor on the image and right click

Select properties

After taking the url go to new topic

Double click on image

you will have two brackets for u to place the image. That is where you should place the url.
