Umm just to build on your comment, Sobhan Allah what athena said is a part of hadeeth Qudsi. Sometimes, I keep silent on certain points but since u raised it.


athena u will be surprised to know that what u said is exactly stated in a hadeeth qodsi. Hadeeth qodsi is what was narrated after the Messenger salla Allah a`lyhee wa sallam but thru a revelation from Allah.


Allah Say what means, whenever a devotee of mine (servant or one who worships only Allah) draws close to me with lenghth of a streched hand, I come closer to him/her an arms length (till the elbow), when one comes closer an arms length, I come closer a full arm length (till the shoulder), when one comes to me walking I come to him/her running. Just ponder on this, how by instinct u realized the basic fact of Islam.....Sobhan Allah.
