let me tell everyone a sad story which happened last Ramadhan. 2 men were detained in police station because they teach Islamic Knowledge, with no proof, no case commited or reported against them, no trial, nothing. just being caught for no reason.


then some muslims went to the police station for a peaceful protest (yes, peaceful since all they brought are banners and nothing else). than the sad story begin...


armies came and shot at them killed few people. the rest were put into army's trucks like timber logs (yes, timber logs, with one on top of another.

One man in his mid-twenties said he was tied with his hands behind his back and had ``five layers'' of other detainees above him in a truck.


``It was very hot and I was suffering a lot. I was shocked after I learned that 78 people died,'' said the man, declining to be identified.


``Can you imagine being laid down on the floor and there are a lot of people on top of you? You can't even move. You can't even do anything,'' another man said, weeping. He also did not want to be named but described himself as a businessman.


Another detainee criticised the way authorities dispersed the demonstration and transported the Muslims, who were fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.


``I am lucky to be able to breathe today. Think about it: I'm a small person and there were four to five people piled on me,'' said the man in his mid-twenties.

What happend to the peaceful demonstrators is so terrible, and what is more terrible and surprising is that there cannot be anyone with medical experience that can confirm that ''you cannot die from such a short fast'' - that really is a tragedy. Something keeps repeating itself while it comes to Muslim victims - no one really cares, we are like outlaws not to be cared for. We do not have the same rights, human rights, like everyone else.


But sisters and brothers, this only makes me more steadfast in my belief and insha'Allah final justice will be done. No one will escape that.


And for the tragedy that happened in Asia, may it bring humbleness and sincerity and thankfulness into peoples hearts. May we all have GAINED something from this insha'Allah. May we come out stronger from it than we were before.
