u may ask for traffic man help [Image: ohmy.gif] u didnt see crossing in Cairo this needs strategy [Image: biggrin.gif] I know this is getting off topic but interesting as Umm said. Last year I met this young revert American who was coming for a semester in American University of Cairo. At her first week, I had to brief her how to cross, if u see her face when is about to cross [Image: rolleyes.gif]

Umm I share the comment u made about Dan starting with Bismellah. Mash a Allah, I think I will start copying him...

The pic reminds me of a colorful buzzsaw blade. If you have to cut wood, you may as well do it in style, right?

A'uthoobillah that anyone decides to copy me, ukhti. I am only copying the sunnah of our beloved prophet, prayers and peace be upon him. So actually you are copying one who is much better than I. Isn't that so much better? [Image: smile.gif]

Sometimes, I feel like it is too much to type before each message but then I pray that ALLAH may Accept this one deed as purely for His Sake and Insha'Allah, I will be Rewarded for it. If I am, then Alhamdulillah, the microseconds spent typing it will be soooooo worth it.

Muslimah, should I be worried about Cairo?

U r right Dan, of course I didnt mean the literal meaning of copying u personally. But u reminded me to do it, so every time I do it u also take the reward see.

No u should not worry about Cairo Dan others survived it so why cannt u? Actually this revert friend I am talking about didnt want to leave.

I must share this with all of u, yesterday I went out for an errand, coming back home I was buying Guava from a fruit man standing in the street with his goods on a mini cycle. I needed L.E 4 change which he didnt have he only had 5, he gave it to me and said no prob for the L.E 1. now u may not be aware of the currency but L.E 1 for someone like him is too much. I insisted he said really no prob. but at the end he went and sought change. Just look at the kindness of people Sobhan Allah. This revert on her first week went out of the dorms, going back she lost her way, she went and asked a group of people who put her in a cab, paid the charge because she also didnt have enough money.

Dont worry Dan [Image: smile.gif]

What better way is there to say Bismilah then to utter it with Niyah from your lips?

Oh and about egypt, be sure to keep your hands on your pockets (tightly) wherever you are, or after awhile you might realise that things aren't in place lol

Assalamu aleikum,

It is nice to be met by kindness and hospitality, it is so well needed in this rather difficult world we live in. It was a warm feeling that came after reading about the man and his cycle sister Muslimah. Genuine kindness.

Honesty is also nice to experience. My husband at one occasion when locking up the front door to our house, at the same time as taking his key out of his pocket he also without noticing took up money and it dropped on the pavement. He had not been long in the house before the bell on the door rang, and a sister passing by had found the money and suspected it belonged to someone in this house. Masha'Allah.

True Islam when buried in the hearts of the believers are exceptional, the best there is, alhamdulillah.
