Ali may be it will help more to clearly identify yourself, we have no problem dealing with non Muslims, but for better understanding just introduce yourself in a better format. U dont need to hide behind a Muslim name. We dont kick non Muslims out. Also it will be very useful to read the rules saying no posting of non Muslim url.

Thank u.

P.S I think I told u on another thread browse the site for threads of Jihad and terrorism.

That is only if u r really interested in understanding.

Here again, is the first judgment of the Tribulation:

"And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." (Revelation 6:1-2)

When Jesus, the Lamb, opens the first seal of the scroll in Heaven, it releases the "Antichrist" on earth. The Antichrist will be someone that rises up through society, becomes very powerful, and ultimately declares himself God and Savior of the world. Notice in the above verse that he has a bow, but no arrows; this tells us that he will give the impression of rising to power by peaceful means, but his actual motive is war and world domination.

The Bible doesn't say how long it will be after the Rapture occurs until the Tribulation begins, but it does tell us what will mark the beginning of the Tribulation, and how long it will last:

"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." (Daniel 9:27)

The above verse tells us that the Antichrist will "confirm", or strengthen, a peace treaty either with Israel and others, or between Israel and others. This may not be the Antichrist's own treaty, but one that is begun by another party, and only strengthened by him. This act of confirmation will mark the beginning of the Tribulation.

The Hebrew word for "week" in the above verse is "shebuah", which means a "week of years", or seven years; this tells us the length of the Tribulation. This verse also informs us that in the middle of the week, or after three and one half years, the Antichrist will defile, or make desolate, the Jewish temple which Israel is currently making preparations to build in Jerusalem on the Temple Mount. You can keep track of the progress to build the temple by visiting the web site of The Temple Institute.

The Antichrist is not to be trusted because he is a deceiver and a liar. The Bible tells us the Antichrist will deny both God and Jesus:

"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son." (1 John 2:22)

The Antichrist will even say that Jesus is not the promised Savior of the world:

"For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." (2 John 1:7)

The Antichrist will be under the direct control of Satan himself. He will attempt to get everyone in the world to worship him by performing false miracles. It will even appear as though he is killed and then raised from the dead, imitating Jesus' resurrection:

"And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast." (Revelation 13:3)

It will be through the evil powers of Satan that these false miracles are performed. There will be an image of the Antichrist, and everyone will be told to worship it or die. Learn more about

As a new Muslim there's lots i still have to read, lots i still enjoy reading and my search for knowledge always pulls me to read articles from Muslims, Non Muslims, Christians athiests. The physical feeling of warmth i felt, i know cannot be from anything else but god. However i'm reading this faithfreedom.org with an open fresh mind of a new Muslim, and there's much here that disturbs. The strongest pull for me toward Islam was the science, and although this website hasn't shattered this for me 100%, it has opened up further avenues of research for me to disprove what is written. Claiming Aristotle knew of some of the science before it was presented to god, Childbirth etc. There's also a heap of verses that are apparently taken from the Quran that seem so blatant they must be untrue, i won't mention them here because i don't wish to offend. Please understand i am a brand new Muslim and i'm facisnated by everything i read, however i would really appreciate some of you could help me out with pieces i've read like this...

"I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-Fire were women....[because] they are ungrateful to their husbands and they are deficient in intelligence. " (The Prophet Muhammad) Sahih Bukhari V 2, B 24, N 541

and some of the other writings here...

http://www.faithfreedom.org/Articles.htm

May i also add, so far no one has been able to explain our coming to be, our existance, and no one has been able to prove evoloution at this website. And this could be seen to me as another one of the many tests that i must face as a new Muslim, powerful non belivers, as well as a sudden PC virus, losing my password to this forum, having problems with my girlfriend over this and a strong feeling of loneliness outside of this forum. Also it's a sign of the strength of character and beleif at this forum that such website links like these haven't been erased.

I couldn't have asked for a more warm welcome when i came here lost and alone. And i hope you'll all extend that warmth by helping me understand what i'm reading at this website. Either PM me or post here if you have the time. Your brother in Islam Anyabwile

Assalamu aleikum brother Anyabwile,

You are now under a great test by Allah, SWT. But since you are a new Muslim, I DO recommend you to read the Qur'an first. Try to learn about Islam first. If you start with other issues now, or try to read about Islam from sources that are anti-Islamic it will be very troublesome for you. You must do this slow forwarding in your new faith step by step, and read only what is Islamic, what is HALAL to your eyes, ears, soul and mind. Go step by step brother, with CARE.

I agree that reading other sources too is of some value, BUT it comes in MUCH MUCH later. It took me years before I could do that, before I could handle it, inshaAllah, and the main thing to do this kind of reading is when ending up in discussions with non-Muslims, when doing daw'ah. When trying to forward the Message of Islam to them. BUT you must have a very solid ground to stand on before doing this.

This you have been reading is not even a very good one, it is TOO obvious what their aim is. I have seen sites much more 'clever' done. These kind of web-sites is done to create doubt in the true believers mind. To make them turn away from the true Message of Allah, SWT. It is nothing new. But TODAY it is much easier when most people has access to internet and anyone can create and start a homepage.

Please try to contact some Muslims where you live. If you have a mosque nearby, go there. I am sure they will welcome you and help you the best way they can. And stay on line here, there surely will always be somebody around.

It IS very difficult the first time as a new Muslim, you will need support. And try to pray as much as you can to Allah, SWT, that He will make you strong and firm against Shaytans whisperings. Let Him guide you slowly forward. InshaAllah.

For now, your sister in Islam

Assalamu aleikum again new brother,

Allahu Akbar! I left this web-site to look at another one, but had to return quickly back here, since the first thing that enlightened me when I came to it was, about the hadith you asked about. So I had to share it with you. Please read about it from an Islamic web-site The true religion, http://thetruereligion.org/modules/wfsecti...p?articleid=265

Thanks for the information umm Zachariah, i read the piece in the link.

------------------

However, the believing woman will do her utmost to get into paradise. The Prophet has shown her the way:

“If a woman prays her five, fasts her month, guards her private parts, and obeys her husband, then it is said to her, ‘Enter into Paradise from any of the gates you wish’”

------------------

This is difficult for me to accept, and i will take your advice, and read the quran first. Everyone tells me to slow down and i do try, my ideal aim is to read it in the original tongue, no translation, in which it was written. But obviously that's going to take a very long time to learn (my classes start 22nd sept)...time time TIME...no time, must know everything now!! Serious no one tell me to slow down, i'm trying!!! But i would be interested in the views of those on here who have read through that site. As i feel i can't tell someone they are wrong about something until i know what it is they are wrong about.

I was bought to the Quran through the facts it presented to me, in the sections i'd read, not blind faith, then i felt God as a physical force a few days ago, who can explain that? I know how i felt, i didn't just cry for no reason those nights. It was just too powerful.

Then total belief through the word of God. What i'm saying is i didn't follow Islam blindly, as many claim Muslims do, the facts spoke to me. So i don't feel it's wrong for me to research future ammunition to defend my beliefs, as i will have to. Plus i want my girlfriend to choose Islam, not be forced to choose it.

There's just some things on this website i'm finding difficult to swallow, however like i said, no matter what anyone says, until the feeling i feel inside me, and the question of how we came to exist can be answered out side of gods word..which in truth it never will. Then i have no fears, only that of God. I simply seek knowledge and ask for explinations from those who understand the Quran 100 times better than i do right now.

as salam alykom brother

I prefer not to busy myself with people like the original poster, but if u r interested, he probably appeared because u declared your faith here.

Ok now can we like go step by step with things that are bothering u, about the hadeeth, although I didnt read Umm link, but this hadeeth is tackled on a thread on this site. I am a woman but I will explain it again. The hadeeth is a kind of a warning. Women usually tend to simply forget good moments with their husbands over the siltest mistake they go saying I never experienced any good with u. That is what the hadeeth is talking about. It is a warning, I simply have to always remember this hadeeth when I face difficutly with my husband if I dont want to fall short.

I am afraid dear brother I didnt quite get your issue with our being here. Do u mean evolution. I think if u read through the thread u commended on non Muslims (Joshua's thread) it is tackled there if not let me know.

I understand your thirsty for knowledge. And ok I will not tell u slow down. [Image: smile.gif] I also understand and was expecting u will face difficulties of course. U think satan will leave u alone when he lost one of his party and seriously eager to gain back. As a revert freind told me, once u believe u sign a contract of war with satan. Keep this in mind.

Now feeling the power of Allah is blessing brother, of course Allah Can allow us to feel this without any incarnate or physical manifestation. Only Known to Him how we feel it.

Brother, pls dont hesitate to bring your points Insh a Allah we are here to help ourselves and u. We will be unrealistic if we think that u can swallow everything at once. No way, this is knowledge that requires development. Ok ok I will not say slow down, I will say take it easy [Image: biggrin.gif]

But a sincere advice from a sister who cares much, focus on prayer, this will help much, listen to Quran even if u dont understand (good to have a long term plan of studying arabic but use translation for now). Make dua (ask Allah to help u much and guide u and arrange the best for u). I am making this dua for u always.

and the question of how we came to exist can be answered out side of gods word..

If I understood u correctly, u mean how we came to life?? without quoting Quran.

As u know we take Quran as our source of knowledge. Allah Told us how He Created mankind from Adam.

IF this is what u mean let me know

Brother rest assured that Allah the Creator, the Only True Deity Worthy to worship, the One True Allah Shall never abandon u.

as salam alykom again brother Any

I read the first part of an article talking about Islam is based on faith.

and I dont know what ali is talking about that there errors in quran. The problem with such sites is that they post Ayahs but not complete, they take bits and pieaces. And try to fool those who never read Quran, or those whom they are sure will never counter check.

Again let him be, just let us know your problematic points, Insh a Allah will help.

Quran as a whole stands so much as being the word of Allah, having said that, once u r sure of this, then it automatically become the source of info. How we came to being, as in Quran Allah Created Adam from mud, commanded him be, he was, Allah inserted the sould in him to live, Allah Created Eve from Adam and allowed them to dwell in paradaise. But they listened to the whisper of satan who was envious of them.

I dont want to go on

Let us know if this is what u need.

Jazakum Allah khairan
