Quote:Asslamu Aalykum brother Abunuran.
the Muslim/Muslimah owe his/her brother/sister an advise and our prophet (peace be upon him) ordered us to help our brother when he commit injustice by guiding him and so....i believe that your response which is quoted is extremely harsh and unfair....the comparison is a big mistake. i don't agree with 90% of what Ibn_Kumuna35 said in his post though.
Quote:as salam alykom brother Qutuz
Jazakum Allah khairan katheeran for the advise, Insh a Allah brother Abunuran will take it in consideration. Yes it is not only harsh, we can not simply lable someone as such.
Wa Alikum As-salaam brother Qutuz,
You and the sister are entitled to your opinions, however if these opinions conflict with Allah (SWT) guidance, then it shouldn't be taken as an advice.
Both your responses show your lack of knowledge with the Shariah and Allah (SWT) orders to his Prophet (SAAWS) and us which I do follow, not the advice which conflicts with such orders.
While you both choose to label me as harsh, unfair and can't make such judgment, here is how Allah (SWT) labels people such as myself:
Al-Maidah
[54] O ye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love as they will love Him, lowly with the Believers, mighty against the Rejecters, fighting in the Way of Allah, and never afraid of the reproaches of such as find fault. That is the Grace of Allah, which He will bestow on whom He pleaseth. And Allah encompasseth all, and He knoweth all things.
[55] Your (real) friends are (no less than) Allah, His Messenger, and the (Fellowship of) Believers, those who establish regular prayers and regular charity, and they bow down humbly (in worship).
[56] As to those who turn (for friendship) to Allah, His Messenger, and the (Fellowship of) Believers, it is the Fellowship of Allah that must certainly triumph.
I choose Allah (SWT) love and he loves me back Al-Hamdu ll'Allah and through him (SWT) I am able to see and make such judgments and that is the Grace of Allah (SWT), which He (SWT) will bestow on whom He (SWT) pleaseth.
My friends are Allah (SWT), his Prophet (SAAWS) and the believers who are following Allah (SWT). I am very humble with them, yet very firm and mighty against the rejecters and hypocrites.
Al-fat-h
[29] Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; and those who are with him are strong against Unbelievers, (but) compassionate amongst each other. Thou wilt see them bow and prostrate themselves (in prayer), seeking Grace from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. On their faces are their marks, (being) the traces of their prostration. This is their similitude in the Taurat; and their similitude in the Gospel is: like a seed which sends forth its blade, then makes it strong; it then becomes thick, and it stands on its own stem, (filling) the sowers with wonder and delight. As a result, it fills the Unbelievers with rage at them. Allah has promised those among them who believe and do righteous deeds, Forgiveness, and a great Reward.
I choose to be with the Prophet (SAAWS), to fight in the Way of Allah (SWT), and never be afraid or worried about people’s opinions such as yours and of the reproaches of such as find fault.
While I am also lenient with those who show interest in learning about Islam, but never with those who attack Islam.
What you don't understand too, and only Allah (SWT) guides people to realize so is that if you are ignoring such Ayat and choosing to be nice and lenient with those 2 groups, then you are committing a very bad sin which is disobeying Allah (SWT) orders and all your other good deeds might not be accepted.
I really don't understand how you can say what you are claiming when it is clear in the Quran how Allah (SWT) labeled them and ordered us to deal with them.
My only guess as I said before is lack of knowledge, which is another bad sin, at least, I repeat at least try to gain more knowledge before you come accusing others with something other than Allah (SWT) described his believers whom he loves and they love him (SWT).
FEAR ALLAH PEOPLE read those Ayat again and decide which love do you want and seek.
Keep this Hadit Qudsi in your mind too:
[Allah's Love and Aid for his True Devotee]
Whosoever shows enmity to someone devoted to Me, I shall be at war with him. My servant draws not near to Me with anything more loved by Me than the religious duties I have enjoined upon him, and my servant continues to draw near to me with supererogatory works so that I shall love him.
When I love him I am his hearing with which he hears with, his seeing with which he sees with, his hand with which he strikes with and his foot with which he walks with .
Were he to ask [something] of Me, I would surely give it to him, and were he to ask Me for refuge, I would surely grant him it.
I do not hesitate about anything as much as I hesitate about [seizing] the soul of My faithful servant: he hates death and I hate hurting him.
It was related by al-Bukhari.
Mohammad
[24] Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur-an, or are their hearts locked up by them?
Read and understand the Quran people, what you both said has been written and you will be asked and judged on it.
At-Touba
[73] O Prophet! strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell, an evil refuge indeed.
Read Surat Al-Anfal, At-Touba and Al-Munafiqun and compare yourselves to how the prophet (SAAWS) and the Sahaba treated them and try to become close to them, otherwise stop claiming that you follow the Quran and the Sunnah.
I would also advice you to control the shaitan which is confusing the truth for you and impairing your thoughts and your visions.
I will say it again, If you don't know what is right from what is wrong according to the Shariah and if you are not willing to aid in the cause of Allah (SWT), then do NOT interfer with my duties, this is NOT a matter of opinions, it's a matter of following the Quran and Sunnah.
Muslimah, I have asked you numerous times to stop disrespecting me and you are exhausting my patience. I will NOT say this again, control your shaitan and stop disrespecting me, Fear Allah and keep this Ayah in mind when you speak to brothers:
[الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَآءِ]
(Men are the protectors and maintainers of women,) meaning, the man is responsible for the woman, and he is her maintainer, caretaker and leader who disciplines her if she deviates.
(because Allah has made one of them to excel the other,) meaning, because men excel over women and are better than them for certain tasks. This is why prophethood was exclusive of men, as well as other important positions of leadership. The Prophet said,
«لَنْ يُفْلِحَ قَوْمٌ وَلَّوْا أَمْرَهُمُ امْرَأَة»
(People who appoint a woman to be their leader, will never achieve success.) Al-Bukhari recorded this Hadith. Such is the case with appointing women as judges or on other positions of leadership.
(and because they spend from their means.) meaning the dowry, expenditures and various expenses that Allah ordained in His Book and the Sunnah of His Messenger for men to spend on women. For these reasons it is suitable that he is appointed her maintainer, just as Allah said,
(But men have a degree (of responsibility) over them).
You can hate me all you want, I really do NOT care, All I care about is Allah (SWT) and his Prophet (SAAWS) love, what they will ask me on judgment day and how they will recieve me on that day.
You can follow whichever way you want to follow, I am NOT trying to impress or guide anybody, only Allah (SWT) guides whom he (SWT) pleases.
As-salaam Ala maan Etbaa Al-Hoda.
