Hello all, I am not Muslim. I am an American. I am not christian. I am what I call a believer. I believe in what is good. I believe that every man is created equal.
I would not be a good person in your eyes, but I am not a bad person. I wish no pain on any other man. I do not worship and thank god everyday (as much as I should). At one point I was even a non-believer... which did not stop me from not being evil. It's always been an internal part of me to respect any living being, and to help any other being that helps others. On the other hand, I do not take care of my body, what god gave me. I get angry with and act rudely towards my loved ones.
When I did not believe, I wanted to. My father was taken from me when I was very young.
I speak to god now, because hes held me before. Now I know he is there and would not deny that ever again. Do you think he will punish me for this? God is God, he has already forgiven me, leaving me trembling and crying with joy, the feeling is something you can never explain.
The Muslim way is something I have been oblivious to until the recent happenings. Actually oblivious to anyone other than my own. Now that I have been reading and learning, I see the Muslim is another person like myself, yet raised to understand better than my own.
Although I have been raised to sin with no shame, I have grown to shame. Yet I am happy because I am one of God's children. I lower my head and know I do not deserve forgiveness, yet God assures me that I am not evil.
I do not believe the Muslim is wrong in what they do, but I envy the Muslim for being a great child.
About the injust executions by the terrorists... How could any Muslim agree with this. No man anywhere on this world has the right to sentence another man to the end of their life. Something that can never be replaced. These executions were done to people who had not been proven to be murderers. Murderers are people who kill because they are evil. It makes these evil peoples hearts happy to take the life from another man. These are people born of equality, but corrupted by this world and choose to follow their own God, one who rewards them for being evil and indulging in what makes them happy, no matter how much it hurts another soul. This world is what scars and batters the soul, not the other souls living on it. Once a soul has succumb to the evils of the world and get past the consciousness of the evil possibilities, then they cannot be saved. These terrorists have realized that there is no turning back and are struggling to keep themselves good in their minds.
No, I do not believe in the war, but I do believe in stopping what Saddam was doing to his people, and helping your different forms of followers to not KILL each other if we need to. I do not believe in the side quest of gaining to the economy from the main quest. This is Bush's doing yes, but he is simply trying to be a good leader of our country and maintain our way of life, I do find that rather appaling by taking your resources, but he is just trying to be good. The soldiers that fight under Bush are NOT Bush, but people who believe in the equality of mankind. Do you think they are there to put their life on the lines for money? Of course it is their career, but their career is to help and protect people. Everyone has to make a living, and a noble one it is. These soldiers are not there to kill innocent people, yet to stop people from fighting. I do not believe in this way myself as I believe no man who thinks they are fighting for their way of life and homeland should be killed, yet this is not a possibility to capture all alive during war... It is sad indeed.
The reason for this lengthy post is for you and as many other believers of every variety to hopefully understand that there is atleast one of us that are good, but many many more here are good people, only confused by this world, but we HAVE NOT given up our faith. Believe me, everyone one of us with good in our hearts is saddened by our actions, as you are saddened by the actions of so-called members of your religion.
I do not urge you to change your religion but just to understand, if you are angry and you have let the world hurt you and make you confused, God will not punish you, he is happy to hold you when you are at the worst time in your life, then you will truly understand what I mean.
Thank You for reading this, God be with you, keep you from suffering, pain, and hardships. It is time for all of Gods children to pray for the end of jealousy and fear, to give us the strength to root out the evil and give us the right to judge them as they have judged the innocent.
