Salam all
Humanitylover I guess Joshua's question has nothing to do with Muslims being accused. But your offer is really very touching i wonder if Joshua will take it.
Joshua regarding MOhamed (sallah Allah a`alyhee wa sallam) I know Radiyah Mash a Alah gave a complete answer however u know meee like to be involved.
Just scroll back to some of the earlier posts, u will find in one that people accused Mohamed ((sallah Allah a`alyhee wa sallam) of composing the Quran and I gave u a reply for this. Well again the Quran is not composed by any human, not with the will of Allah, it is revealed to Mohamed from Allah Sobhanhu wa ta`ala thru the angle as Radiyah said. Again Quran is not a human composition. If u remember we said if Mohamed composed it, it would never contain admonition to Mohamed, or would not contain a Surat about Abu Lahab confirming that he is destined to hell, how would Mohamed know this??? and more right Joshua? Hope the point is clear now
Just refer back to earlier posts on this thread.
Regarding early men Joshua, well there are numerous Prophets and Messengers that are not know to us as Allah say in Quran "4:164
ورسلا قد قصصناهم عليك من قبل ورسلا لم نقصصهم عليك وكلم الله موسى تكليما
And Messengers We have mentioned to you before, and Messengers We have not mentioned to you, - and to Moosa (Moses) Allah spoke directly."
as u see Allah is telling Mohamed that Quran includes stories of Messengers while there are others who Allah Did not mention. So now to make it short and simple, starting from Adam, Allah sent Messengers to people telling them about Allah the One, as we also said on an earlier post, they deviated, Allah again sent more and so on. And there are more books besides Torah, Gospel and Quran, there are Suhuf Ibraheem:
"4:163
Verily, We have inspired you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) as We inspired Nooh (Noah) and the Prophets after him; We (also) inspired Ibraaheem (Abraham), Ismaa'il (Ishmael), Ishaaque (Isaac), Ya'qoob (Jacob), and Al Asbaat [the twelve sons of Ya'qoob (Jacob)], 'Iesa (Jesus), Ayub (Job), Yoonus (Jonah), Haaroon (Aaron), and Sulaimaan (Solomon), and to Dawood (David) We gave the Zaboor <b>(Psalms).</b>"
Can u see, so Allah Did not leave any nation without knowledge. Yet there still nations whose destiney is known only to Allah, in terms how He is going to judge them..
Hope things are clearer now
