Alsalam 'Alaykom brother Basil, Yes u can, the prophet (SWS) had his hair long, and all the sahaba as well, it was the way they used to keep their hair at that time, now every1 is keeping it short, but if u feel better with it long, and your intention is not like what the new generation is doing.
