Would is then be also forbidden by Islamic law to work in a hospital? You'd be mixing with some pretty sick camels. Further, everyone has diseases. I got the flu two years ago, but would my wife have to leave me until I got better? And I would hardly consider herpes to be as devestating as most other diseases. Sure, herpes sucks, but it's not like you're going to drop dead once you get it. Anyway, I'm no Islamic scholar, I thought I'd just bring a western point of view to the whole mix. Adios!
