Asalaamu alikum,
I just wanted to point out that scientists are human and of course thier conclusions can be faulty as they are using human mind which is faulty and of course man is always is the state of learning.
I think that because the Quran was meant for all times and all people to understand, there are things such as the development of the embryo which the people during the time of the Prophet did not understand, and was really only discovered in the last century. There is even a textbook on embryotic delvelopment that is used is American Universities that uses the Quran as reference because of the accuracy of the desription. When you consider this was revealed over 1400 years ago, it makes you realize that who could have possibly known this other than the creator of mankind Himself?
For me personally, when I look to the scientific eveidence in the Quran it gives me a sense of humbleness, and makes me remember that all we have truly comes from Allah. Without a doubt the Quran is a book as no other.
Another thing I notice is that something that seems to really perk the intrest of non-Muslims is that when you point out these things that were written so long ago that we are only beginning to discover now, they are in awe, and many feel compelled to read the Quran.
I apologize if what I just said was redundant.
May Allah guide us all and forgive our shortcomings,
~Jennifer
