Second, Alhamdulelah, I said this many times, but may be people will grasp it better. U presented it in a very clear way. We must never keep questioning why, the Quran says so, they must rise and be well established, until Allah (S&T) fulfills His decree as per suratu Isra-a. However, a point I like always to stress, before educating ourselves about this important fact, we also need to improve as Muslims, stop whining about US and rulers. We simply must stick more to Allah's rules and Quran. Only then Allah Shall grant us victory
