Assalamalyakum.

I can testify in the above post to be true and honest.

I am facing stress daily in my life and for a time I listened to the people tell me exercise will help. I tried that for a while and it did help!

However, the last few weeks have been a bit more on the stressful side. I simply made dua and "ask" allah for what I needed to help ease my stress.

I noticed today when I woke up from sleep my body felt more relaxed than any exercise has ever helped me feel.
