There’s a point I wanted to make. I strongly believe that in the current situation going on in Israel-Palestine is nationalistic. And, to that extent, they (both Israeli’s and Palestinians) use the bible and the Quran to justify their positioning.

I understand what u r referring to, yes we must not fight in the name of a flag, or else this is not jihad, but again do search the word Ribat, to make it easy Ribat is one who is assigned to protect the borders of Muslim country against any non muslim invadors. As simple as this one who fights in the name of Allah, gets the reward of jihad, and only Allah knows the intention.

Ibn I even have a totally different view about all this may be I can refer to an article written at the time of the Iraq war last year, yet it applies.

I see that all this must happen and we muslims must not really whine about it. We lost the essence of Islam, Alhamdulelah, but this is also one of the signs of the Day After as u must know.
